Just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, this seaside house features a total of 12 vacation apartments. All of the comfortable 2–4-room apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes and at least one separate bedroom. In addition, each apartment has a balcony—some have two—and some offer a view of the Baltic Sea. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building. Outdoor parking spaces are available for your vehicle, and underground parking spaces may also be available. You’ll be staying in a central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen.

This very comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor of the building. With a living area of 60 square meters, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. The living-dining area, furnished in an upscale style, features a comfortable couch with a recliner and a footrest. A dining table, as well as a TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi, are also provided. Of particular note are the two single fold-out beds, each measuring 0.90 m x 1.90 m, which offer two additional comfortable sleeping options.
The built-in kitchenette is of very high quality and features an open layout: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc., allow you to prepare your own meals. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or relax on the seasonally furnished west-facing balcony.
You’ll sleep in a separate bedroom with a double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m) and a closet with plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe.
The apartment features a spacious, natural-light-filled shower room with a sink, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and toilet.
A shared washer and dryer are available for a fee.
A designated parking space is available for your vehicle in the building’s underground garage. Bicycles can be stored in a shared room. No smoking. No pets.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
