Vacation home the Seeweiherturm with garden

A central feature of the house is the living/dining room on the first floor, featuring a sofa, a 49-inch LCD TV (Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi), and a dining table with chairs—all offering a magnificent view of the pond. Above it, you’ll find the loft. Next to it is the separate kitchen, modernly equipped with a Smeg gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and a retro fridge-freezer combo, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle—plus a bistro table with seating. The pantry offers plenty of space for your groceries. On the first floor is the entryway and the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and washing machine. Towels are included. Let the sun wake you up. The bedroom in the tower features a double bed (180x200 cm), a connecting room with a single bed (90x200 cm), and a spacious closet. In addition, the loft features a French bed (160x200 cm) with a dresser. Blackout curtains are available. A staircase and stairlift lead to the first floor. However, the house is not wheelchair-accessible. Non-smoking house. Right next to the house, you can walk through a gate into the garden, which is located directly next to the idyllic Seeweiher pond. Here you’ll find seating (including cushions) and a small covered patio. Umbrellas, a clothes drying rack, and bike storage are available. Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or relax by the pond as the day draws to a close. You can load and unload in front of the house. The nearby public parking lot for the pond is free and a 3-minute walk away. Payment by bank transfer. Damages and additional costs: If you cause damage to your vacation home during your stay, you may be charged up to 200.00 EUR. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site, following a prior arrangement by phone. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
