The space
A fully private, light-filled guest suite in a quiet neighborhood just 1 mile from the Bainbridge ferry, 0.7 miles from the beach, and 1.5 miles from downtown. Thoughtfully designed with a calm, modern aesthetic, this studio retreat offers comfort, privacy, and effortless island living. The space features a high end queen bed, with an additional pull-out sofa in the living area that comfortably sleeps two more. Enjoy a partial Puget Sound view, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.

The suite includes a fully stocked kitchenette, in-unit laundry, and dedicated parking.

Guest Access:
Guests access the suite via a private pathway along the left side of the house, leading directly to the separate guest entrance. The space is fully private and self-contained.

We love where we live and are always happy to share recommendations for local attractions, favorite walks, beaches, wineries, and where to eat. We’re available if you need anything, while fully respecting your privacy.

Other Things to Note:
The suite includes a refrigerator stocked with milk, Greek yogurt, house-made granola, and beverages. For coffee and tea lovers, we provide a Keurig, French press, kettle, and a variety of coffee and tea options. The kitchenette is equipped with a Breville Smart Oven and an induction burner for light cooking.
