Welcome to Marlin Key 3F, a comfortable and inviting three bedroom, three bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests and offers beautiful Gulf views.

The living room is filled with natural light and provides direct access to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy the coastal scenery. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, along with a wet bar and a dining table for easy meals and gatherings.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk in shower, and a soaking bathtub. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and flat screen tv, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, making it ideal for family or guests. A full size washer and dryer are also included in the unit for added convenience.

Nice condo in a great building. Was clean and spacious. A very nice part of the beach, not too crowded and easy to set up on the water. The cleaners missed an empty bag of chips in one of the smaller rooms, and the washer needs some love. Other than that was great. We would stay there again.

This condo was great for my family, plenty of room and a great view from the balcony! The walk from the condo to the water is short so setting up for the day is easy!! I love that the condos have parking below the units and it’s gated for added peace of mind when traveling with kids! Overall it was a great place to stay and will definitely book again!

Condo was just as it was in pictures. Very sparse as far as any things go. No extra blankets, we had to buy a can opener, only one pot to cook in, WiFi on web site is incorrect, could never get live tv, only programs that were recorded, not even a piece of paper to write on or a pen to write with. I will say, when we needed anything Liquid Life took care of it
