This historic home is beautiful with great updates. Kathleen was an excellent host! Check-in was fast and easy, and the house was clean and exactly as described. Eight of us stayed here to go to Bucci's Italian Scratch Kitchen “Brunch Please!” and we also visited the Shovel City Drinkery. This house was a perfect getaway and would definitely stay again.

This historic estate was such a lovely setting for our baby shower. The size and layout were perfect for our group, and we really appreciated the updated kitchen appliances. The home has so much character and charm. We did notice a few maintenance items that could use some attention: stained carpet in one bedroom, a bathroom door missing its doorknobs, a couple of small holes in the floor and wall from removed fixtures, and some burnt-out bulbs, along with a chandelier that wasn't working. Nothing that ruined our stay, but worth flagging in case the host hasn't gotten to them yet. Overall, it was a great space for our event, and we would use it again.

We came into town for the Brunch Please at Bucci’s Italian Scratch Kitchen! This place was perfect for our girls trip! We have 7 ladies and we could have definitely had more!The host was super responsive! Check-in was easy. No issues at all!

The property was as advertised, Clean, large and with a helpful Host. It is the largest VRBO we could find in Marion. Four generations gathered in Marion to bury their beloved Mother. Seven were comfortable in the house with others in local hotels. The spacious first floor provided multiple areas for separate gatherings and conversations.
