Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 170 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 2 tables, 10 chairs and 4 sunloungers. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Living room / bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Fonyód. The holiday home is located on a 750 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early October 2.5 m x 4 m 1.5 m deep).
