Tesla Charger on site! Ranch Retreat at Canyon Lake is a spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom lake home that is he beautiful Texas Hill Country on the North side of Canyon Lake. The master bedroom with king sized bed is upstairs along with master bath garden tub, family room, kitchen and the entryway to a double level deck. The middle deck is great for Bar-B-Que's and roasting s'mores. The top deck is an observation deck that has a wonderful view of the hill country. The top deck is an AWESOME place to star gaze at night any night of the week. Downstairs (level 1) is a spacious area that has 2 bedrooms, a full sized bath, and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 (downstairs) has a queen sized bed and a deck attached to it where you can walk outside your room to enjoy a romantic evening of star gazing or relaxing in the brand new hot tub or enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the most beautiful pastures and hill country that Canyon Lake has to offer.....Bedroom #2 (downstairs) has a bunk bed that has a full bed over a full bed.
Upstairs level #2 has a double deck attached to the home just outside the kitchen (dining area) and family room. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed and a ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a separate stand up tile shower, a garden tub, a large glass brick window to enjoy the sunshine, separate his and her vanities with individual sinks. The kitchen is equipped with all cookware, utensils, and plenty of dishes.

Central Texas is currently suffering from a severe drought. Please check lake levels and boat ramp accessibility prior to your trip.

very nice property for a quick weekend getaway. convenient location to nearby lake activities, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. picturesque views from the balcony. the owners were super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay!

Just an all around fantastic place to stay! Located in a gorgeous area, we lucked out with some beautiful fall weather. The property is great and the house is nice and cozy. We made great use of the deck, hot tub, and had a blast playing with the dogs! Patty was extremely responsive to any inquiries and provided me with tons of information about the area and things to do! Would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Wonderful Experience

Our vacation was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The house had everything that we could have imagined needing. We loved the hot tub that was overlooking the hill country views. We can't wait to come back!

Patty was quick to respond. All was well upon our arrival. Location was somewhat secluded and near amenities at the same time. Weather wasn't great that weekend so it ended up just my brother and me. Had a good time and would stay there again.

Perfect Getway, Great location, Amazing Hosts

Property was great and the views from balcony amazing. Beautiful night sky, and you can watch deer all day. Just what we needed. Restaurants, groceries, and loads of fishing nearby, even with low water levels. You won't find more responsive hosts that kindly shared local fishing spots. Fished for 3 days and unwound at night. Kids enjoyed the hottub and epic family games at night. Thanks for the memories! Looking forward to another visit.

I’ve got to say that Patty is incredible. Unbeknownst to me and my family, we were close to close the flooding that occurred in Kerrthe Fourth of July we’re in new Braunfels having fun and Patty sent me a couple of text reassuring me that we were safe and there you know everything was OK in the location where we were at. I didn’t know what had gone on Later. We found out about the flooding and the Patty kept in constant communication with us letting us know what’s going on into giving us safe directions as how to get home from there in Canyon Lake and for those of you who don’t know the Guadalupe river dams up to Canyon Lake and so I just really appreciate the concern that Patty had for us. She was the best

Beautiful Home In Perfect Area

Loved it! Super clean home with a great ambiance. Lots of deck for viewing, grilling and enjoying both the morning and evening. Excellent area- grocery store, lake and trails within a truly short distance. Owners are just simply great. A great home to unwind, relax and have fun with family and friends. Would I go again? Most definitely!

Wonderful lake getaway

We very much enjoyed our time in Canyon Lake. This is a great rental house that's minutes from the lake and we will likely book again in the future if we want a quick getaway. That deck with the wonderful views is really something else. Patty and Craig were also extremely responsive and detailed in their communication with us and were very friendly hosts!

Little Piece of Heaven

It was very difficult to leave this little piece of heaven, and I am already planning our next trip back! We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck as we reminisced about old stories, laughed, & relaxed from the stresses of life. It is perfectly located near the best marina on Canyon Lake, and it’s only a short drive to the Horseshoe. Craig and Patty were extremely accommodating, gracious, and welcoming.

Loved our vacation!

We had an incredible weekend at Canyon Lake. The house was great. I loved the private view of the ranch from the hot tub. Very romantic! The house is modern, clean, and well kept. The wifi and cable worked without issue. Even the ac was great! It was so hot outside, but very cool inside. Loved our vacation!

Loved Our Space!

Perfect Getaway

Loved it! Spent 4 nights here and accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 - plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Quiet area with unbelievable views - spent every night in the hot tub looking at the stars!

Great place to celebrate!

Our group of four couples stayed at Ranch Retreat to celebrate our friends upcoming wedding. The location was great! There is a really nice grocery store just a few minutes away from the house. We saw so many deer each day. We hung out on the deck and grilled burgers one night, and finished our days in the amazing hot tub. It was a great place to celebrate our friends.

Peaceful Weekend

We had such a relxing and peaceful weekend at this home. I highly recommend it! There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 8. We relaxed in the hot tub, grilled on the deck, and had such a great time laughing while chatting at night looking up at the stars. There was a great little grocery store nearby. This house was just want we all needed!

Charming Home

I would recommend Ranch Retreat to anyone. It is just such a charming home. It has extremely easy access off the main highway. The home is warm, welcoming, and beautiful. Each room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. A very inviting space awaits you and your guests as you enter. Patty and Craig's attention to detail and accommodating nature, assures you that you have everything you need as if it were your own home. They make available to you all the standard amenities like towels, fresh sheets, etc. but they also took great effort to stock even things that many hosts don't provide such as a crock pot, pancake griddle, and so much more in the kitchen. They were always available to answer any questions and were extremely responsive. You'll feel right at home with Patty and Craig. They set an example that should be followed by all hosts. It would be a mistake for you to pass up on this fine location!

Ranch Retreat is conveniently located on the North side of Canyon Lake near the Canyon Lake Marina and popular Jacob's Creek. It is so peaceful here! The view and the surroundings are simply wonderful. Our home has a relaxing hot tub where you can unwind while enjoying the beautiful Hill Country views! Star gazing on the third floor deck is fabulous! Countless tourist attractions and shopping opportunities are within easy driving distance from this great home!
