Love the lay out of the cabin and how spacious it was. The host was very communicative and somewhat able to address our concerns. The place needs a good through deep cleaning. The ceiling fans are 16 feet up but caked with dust and runs continuously. We notified the host but they were unable to get it cleaned. All the ceiling fans were riddled with dust, like thick gobs of it. The bathroom window seals were full of dead bugs. The jacuzzi had a thick sludge around the edges consistent with well water and algae. They did send the pool guy to correct. All in all 3.5 of 5 for me.

I’m glad our team was responsive while you were there, and I want you to know we’ve taken action since your visit: we’ve scheduled a full deep clean, arranged a professional high-reach cleaning for the ceiling fans, and asked the cleaning crew to thoroughly address window seals and any pest debris. Our maintenance team is also inspecting the hot tub’s filtration and treatment routine, performing a full algae removal and water testing, and updating our pre-arrival inspection checklist so these items are caught before guests arrive. Thanks again for letting us know and your notes help us improve.

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Stairway to Heaven! The home was spacious, very clean, and convenient to area attractions. The home was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had such a wonderful stay and we sad to leave, but we are already planning to come back next year.

Amazing place

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. It is perfect for a group of friends to spend the weekend. We definitely will be back.

Perfect Family Location

Great size cabin with plenty of room for guests. Loved that it was close enough to town and the park that it was easy to travel back and forth, but far enough away to have privacy.

Amazing getaway close to everything

The house was great and we loved how secluded it felt, while also being super close to the main road and all of the shops nearby. The house was clean and well taken care of. The AC worked great and everyone felt very comfortable.

We had a group of 11 people for a weekend and it was great! The property was beautiful and everything was awesome. The mattresses were amazing!! Courtney was great, recommend for sure

Best stay

This was absolutely the best stay we have ever done. The cabin is beautiful. So much room!! Bedrooms are top knot h. Really soft beds. Incredible views. It was my husband’s 60 th birthday surprise party and he was blown away!! This is worth every penny!!!

Great house! Lots of room

Great location. Lots of bedrooms. Fantastic for a family reunion. Loved the deck and firepit area. Close to State Park and other attractions.
