This house was everything we could have asked for our vacation! The golf carts, the close proximity to the pool and the community are just some of our favorite things! Katie was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. My family had the best time and I am already looking at dates next year to book again! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our family and friends! We made the best memories!

Beautiful home, in a great area. The home was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The golf carts made getting around the area easy. The open floor plan made it convenient for our family of 11 to spend time together playing games and sharing meals. Lots of extra were provided. The pool was just outside the front of the house, it was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future.

Hello from Katie & Joe! We fell in love with Sandestin the first time we stepped onto the white sand beaches and spent the week walking, biking and golf carting around the resort. We found the people here to be consistently kind and thoughtful, and we loved the convenience of having easy access to the beach, tennis, pickle ball, golf, boating, shopping, groceries, and the movie theater. After vacationing here for many years, we became full-time residents in 2023. We bought Livin' the Dream in 2026, and live just a few blocks away. This is our happy place and we are blessed to enjoy this beautiful area every day! Joe is a retired Navy officer, and we have a heart for our military, law enforcement and first responders. So please let us know if you are a service member when you contact us. We'd love to hear your story!

After many years searching for the perfect home in Sandestin, we finally purchased Livin' the Dream Beach Bungalo because of the layout and location. This home has one of the most spacious layouts available to rent in Sandestin. It’s also in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with a putting green and pool right outside the front yard. The large master bedroom w/ ensuite bath on the main floor makes it ideal for our guests who want single-floor living because everything is on the main floor. And the separate living space upstairs allows for families and groups of friends to spread out. The home offers 2 master bedrooms, 2 living/family rooms, a screened porch that opens to a patio and large backyard, and a front porch with rocking chairs. The home’s layout with 2 master bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms provides ultimate flexibility to allow for large groups of friends to enjoy golf, tennis and beach vacations, 2 families to vacation together with their kids, grandparents to host family and friends, etc. You won’t be disappointed with our beach bungalow!
