Stay comfortably in Queen Creek at this 4-bedroom ranch style house. The space features 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and a 4 person cozy quad bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, two equipped with both a bathtub and a shower for convenience. An additional office space includes a futon bed, offering extra room to relax or work. With heating and AC, the farmhouse stays comfortable year-round.

The Rancho Retreat, offers a peaceful desert escape designed for relaxation, adventure, and a true Arizona ranch-style experience. Located in Queen Creek near the beautiful San Tan Mountains, our property offers wide-open space, stunning desert views, and a quiet country atmosphere while still being close to local attractions, rodeos, wineries, and outdoor recreation.

Guests have full access to the front 2 acres of the property, which includes the rancho style house, pool, outdoor living areas, and yard space perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying the Arizona sunshine. Whether you are visiting with family, friends, or for a special getaway, Rancho Retreat provides a private and comfortable setting to unwind.

The back 2 acres of the property are not included in the rental, as this area is home to our caretaker and our Cane Corso rescue, which is very close to our hearts. A portion of every stay helps support our rescue mission and the care of these incredible dogs. The back portion of the property also includes a barn and turnout area used for animal care and ranch operations.
Traveling with Horses?

For guests traveling with horses, we may be able to accommodate equine stays upon request for an additional negotiated fee. The property is located near beautiful riding trails in the San Tan Mountains and is conveniently close to Florence, which hosts rodeos and equestrian events throughout the year. With advance notice to discuss horse accommodations and availability.

Beautiful location not to far from many things to do. House was very clean and overall a great stay we had. Pool and hot tub were great. Very spacious layout.

The property was absolutely amazing. The house is large - the rooms have so much space. The outside is beautiful with so much room to sit and enjoy the pool. Lots of parking. Over all an amazing stay! Communications were amazing from start to end. 100% recommend and would book again.

The house has great space and amazing potential. There is lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The house square footage and layout work well for large groups. There are just things that people need to know before they go. It is old and not updated. It’s like going to stay at grandmas house. There are mismatch dishes, there were only 8 bowls so the 12 of us had to take turns eating. We needed a cookie sheet to cook our lasagna on and there wasn’t one. It was mostly clean. The outside has lots of bird poop and there was a cigarette butt on the back porch. The inside was clean, but there were dirty pans in the oven. The outside furniture is very well worn and weathered. There is lots of hard water buildup on the master bathroom fixtures and one of the sinks was clogged. There are not family friendly stickers on a mirror in one of the bedrooms. Luckily my kids I had in that room are adults but be aware. The bunks are metal frames that are very noisy and also shake every time someone moves. My sons had difficulty sleeping in there. There is a ring doorbell that isn’t in the listing. The front lock wouldn’t work. The house wasn’t locked when we got there and had to leave the back door unlocked when we left so we could lock the front door. The house is set up more as a frat/party house then a family vacation house. The spa is technically just an extension of the pool and not a hot tub unless you pay extra. The owner was responsive.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the space and layout for your group. Rancho Retreat is clearly listed and photographed as an authentic Southwestern ranch-style home, not a newly renovated modern property. Many guests specifically choose it for that unique Arizona ranch experience. During your stay, we responded promptly to all questions and requests. Several concerns raised—such as the kitchen faucet and supply counts—were addressed at the time and confirmed to be functioning or available as intended (including the motion-sensor faucet and towel inventory). Despite this, we still provided additional supplies and accommodations, along with a complimentary spa experience, even though spa heating is an optional add-on clearly stated in the listing. Your reservation was also booked at a significantly discounted extended-stay rate. The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival. At checkout, however, the property was left noticeably untidy and exit instructions were not followed, requiring additional cleaning. There was also avoidable damage to a game system, which we chose not to charge for. We encourage future guests to carefully review the listing details to ensure the property is the right fit. This stay was not the best fit for our home.
