The bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized tempur-pedic mattress and combed cotton high thread count sheets with fluffy shams, duvet and pillows. A warm spacious and cozy retreat.
Excellent furnishings in this one bedroom private entrance suite.
A bright 750 sq. ft suite with 4 large windows with screens.
All rooms have thermostats and electric baseboard heating. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a full-sized washer and dryer laundry room in the suite; a large dining area; a livingroom area equipped with big screen TV and Rogers cable; a workstation area with free WiFi.
SKIERS take NOTE: Only 10 minutes to the nearest Coastal Mountain skiing at Grouse Mountain; 15 minutes to Cypress Bowl ski mountain; 30 minutes to Mount Seymour ski lifts. Only 1 Hour and 30 minutes to Whistler / Blackcomb Ski mountains.
Sightseeing: only 12 minutes to Vancouver City Centre by car, 30 minutes by bus and Seabus to Vancouver city centre. Locally you are only 5 minutes to shopping at Park Royal Mall.and Lower Lonsdale and The Quay
We are12 steps down to the suite, (banisters on both sides of the stairs)

Comfortable and quiet

It was cozy and comfortable and very clean. I had three wonderful sleeps in a comfortable bed. Howie was a great host and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this fabulous apartment from a Wednesday to Saturday. Howie was nothing but amazing! He communicates well and wants everything to be perfect for his guest! He is very helpful when it comes to transportation and providing the best information possible. He made it so easy and accommodating for us. When I come back to Vancouver I will definitely be staying with him! Thank you for an amazing 4 days

Perfect location in North Vancouver

Spacious and clean, all renovated. Walking distance or public transit to North Vancouver points of interest. Bus ride + sea bus to the Vancouver proper area. Howie was very responsive.

Great place to stay before cruise

Great place to stay in north Vancouver. The home was quiet and beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more prior to setting sale on a cruise. Despite close location to the freeway, it was very quiet with an awesome mattress to provide very restful sleeps. Excellent location within walking distance to Safeway and a variety of restaurants. Howie was kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place, highly recommended!

This was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I on our trip to Vancouver. Howie was a great host. He greeted us on arrival and showed us the accommodation. He also gave us info about the surrounding area. The place was spacious and immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Howie has thought of everything. Being in north Vancouver, it was very close to Grouse Mountain and Lynn Canyon. You can also easily catch the Seabus ferry from Lonsdale Quay across to the Waterfront in Vancouver.

A Rare Find

Not only was this a lovely property with a gorgeous backyard and a friendly, helpful host who goes out of his way to make sure you are superbly comfortable, it had an advantage which is hard to find in most other properties, the ability to bring your bikes or e-bikes and store them securely in a locked garage when not in use.

Amazing stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all the attractions yet nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, offering the best of both worlds. The hosts were extremely attentive and responsive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Whether it was providing local recommendations or making sure the check-in process was seamless, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures. The thoughtful touches throughout the home made it feel like a true getaway. Lovely suite /great host

Roomy suite with top notch finishing. Most fully stocked kitchen we have experienced. Great temperpedic mattress and lovely linens. Howie was always quick to respond to inquiries , made the check in easy and is a delightful host. Would certainly go back again. Perfectly central for our Cidery Tours!

Our getaway accommodation was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped like home, living area and bedrooms very comfortable, bathroom has all the necessities in case you forgot something! It was so lovely to stay in an accommodation that felt like home! Central for day trips to the Sunshine Coast, Bowen Island and Squamish. Howie is an excellent host! Friendly and available I'd you have any questions or concerns.

Great property and location

Our host Howie was super gracious and caring. His property is at a location perfect for our plans. The property has much more amenities than a more expensive hotel room. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is very convenient for getting around and has great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay there again for our next visit to Vancouver.

Lovely experience

This is a lovely property, located extremely convenient and close to Vancouver's attractions. Sparkling clean and relatively new, offers all you need for short or long term stay. It is quiet, even if close to Highway 1. There are not hotels who offer what this location offers. Howie, the host was really helpful and accommodating. We loved it and will go back when in Vancouver.

Luxurious and Hospitable

If you want to stay in luxury and be treated very hospitably, this is the place! This beautiful suite is located in a lovely neighborhood in North Vancouver. Host Howie is an excellent communicator, readily answers questions, gives recommendations and eager to serve your every need. He made our 50th anniversary celebration in Vancouver a beautiful experience! Highly recommend!

The location felt very safe. Handy to nearby grocery store. The 246 bus route took us directly to Stanley Park. The host was friendly and helpful, also courteous with our privacy. Bed was very comfortable.
