This cozy vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay with approximately 56 m² of living area. On the upper floor is the bright living/dining area, which is furnished with a dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a radio with a CD/DVD player and satellite TV—ideal for cozy evenings. <br>The adjoining kitchenette has everything you could need and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. <br>The apartment has two bedrooms: The first bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm). A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet provides all the necessary amenities. A washing machine is also available. <br>Enjoy the sun on the southeast-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment, and a bike shed is available for the secure storage of your bicycles. <br>For young guests, a high chair and a travel crib (without bedding) are provided. Bedding is included for stays of 7 nights or longer.<br><br>Note on possible additional costs:<br>For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that for the period from June through September, bookings must be as continuous as possible.<br><br>If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be booked separately. We charge 12 € per set for bed linens and 8 € per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.<br><br>Subject to errors and changes!
