Our modern, spacious 2-room vacation apartment “Parkblick” in the “Sanddorn” building in Warnemünde, located on the 1st floor, is approximately 78 square meters and accommodates 2 to 4 people. You can easily reach your apartment and the underground parking garage via the elevator. Dear guests, welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Residenz im Kurpark,” comprising the “Sanddorn,” “Bernstein,” and “Düne” buildings, was built in 2008 right next to Warnemünde’s Kurpark. From here, it’s only about 100 meters to the beach. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the “Düne,” “Bernstein,” and “Sanddorn” buildings, we are offering newly and tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 4 people for rent in 2008/2009. The apartments are equipped with a TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, and fully equipped kitchens; they feature hardwood floors and have spacious balconies or terraces.

Our modern, spacious 2-room “Parkblick” vacation apartment on the 1st floor of the “Sanddorn” building is approximately 78 square meters and accommodates 2 to 4 people. The building has an elevator, allowing you to easily reach your vacation home. The living room (radio/CD/TV/DVD, free Wi-Fi) features a large glass front opening onto the south/west-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the spa gardens and is equipped with a double sofa bed and a dining area. The bedroom features a double bed and a second TV/DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. A beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a hair dryer, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower, are also available. The apartment has hardwood floors and is reserved for non-smokers. The apartment includes a free underground parking space (No. 112) on the 3rd basement level. You can store bicycles in the bike storage room. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment’s initial supply includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitor’s tax ( 01.09.2023 ) in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered disability certificate
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
