Welcome to King's Perch Cabin.
Large mountain house with impressive vaulted wood paneled ceiling in the living room. The house is great for a large family, small work retreat, or small church retreat. It's has three spacious floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. -plenty of room to spread out. Nestled among the trees with view of Lake Arrowhead. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. There is a large kitchen, with a large dining table. Great for dinners or family game night. Cozy up, in the living room, by the natural wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the big screen TV. Relax on the outdoor deck with a view of the lake enjoying your morning coffee, surrounded by nature and a beautiful trees.

Lake Arrowhead Family Vacay

Our family had a great time here. Super spacious home and kitchen. We enjoyed family dinners, playing pool and foosball and perfect location for our itinerary. We would stay here again.

Christmas 2024

Spent a couple days here for Christmas with my family! The house was much nicer than the pictures showed and getting to the property was very easy. I was very impressed- overall experience was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Great cozy retreat

Lots of room for guests! Plenty of activities to do here with pool, foosball, and tvs. Accommodates bigger groups with the space to spread out, so it never felt crowded. Would be great to go back!

Great getaway

Awesome time spent with friends! Easy to find on GPS great location and beautiful views. The cabin was very spacious and had enough beds to fit all 14 of us. All in all money very well spent would definitely come back again!

What a great house 🏡

Snowed in for many more days than we planned to stay!! Very comfortable, really spacious mountain home perfect for any large family gathering. The best kitchen of any rental we have ever had. We will definitely visit again.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving weekend! The rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable relaxing in the big family room to watch football. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes we needed to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this house for big groups of people.

Fabulous!!!

The Arrowhead Villas cabin provided a great weekend getaway for our family. The cabin is large and beautiful and well-appointed with everything you would need. AJ the super host was also great! She was nice and very accessible to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend this cabin to any large family or group vacation.

Overall good

Great location, very clean and spacious house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Disappointed that we were not able to use the deck - which was an huge selling point for us as it would have allowed us to have a great view (we weren’t informed until the day before arrival and we already paid in full). The BBQ in the front patio ran out of propane after one use and there was hardly any lighting to see while cooking out there. Other than that, we had a great stay.

More than perfect for the price

I spent two nights here with friends and family for a birthday and it was amazing. Everything about this house exceeded expectations. Very cozy, super scenic, absolutely nothing to complain about; owner was also very helpful with his descriptions for directions and how to find the property. If you’re staying in Lake Arrowhead with company this should definitely be on your list to compare other properties with.

Best family cabin

This cabin was perfect for our large family with plenty of space. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all the meals we cooked. The large dining table was great for all of us to eat together. The rooms were all so spacious with comfy beds. It was easy to communicate with the host, very responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Fantastic place

We had our wedding in the area and had several guests with us at this house. It was perfect for us, and the owner was very responsive and kind. We enjoyed the deck with incredible views, the homey living room, spacious dining area, and the great spa to relax in at night. Highly recommended. The house can be a bit difficult to find initially, but easy once we got the hang of it.

WOW - this property is big!

Was the perfect cabin for a large group of people! There is so much space on every level which allows for many people to be engaged in activities without bothering each other. We were there in January and it was very cold out so the fireplace was a perfect gathering spot in the evenings. It comes stocked with games and movies which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this cabin for a perfect mountain getaway!

This is a beautiful property with all the room you need for a family reunion!

AJ was wonderful! We had quite a few questions, she always responded quickly. She gave very helpful advice. The cabin is so large it has all this beautiful wood inside and the view from the back porch is awesome. The kitchen is big enough for 4 people to be cooking in. Everyone enjoyed the time we had and would love to return.

Pictures do no justice!

I thought the place was beautiful in pictures, but wait until you see the place in person! It is huge and nobody is in each other's way. AJ has everything you need from kitchen appliances to games. The home is beautiful and communication was great! I highly recommended it for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful property!

The property is awesome; the upstairs en-suite master bedroom was huge and the bedroom with four huge bunk beds and queen sized bed Is also an en-suite. My 9 and 11 year old grandchildren found a nook where they could hide from the 4 and 6 year old kids! The pool table and the spa, along with the availability of multiple games, were enjoyed by everyone. The view from the deck was breathtaking.

Great place for a family trip!

The Cabin was fantastic, clean and definitely a place we will stay in again. It is located a bit out of the way so in the snow was a bit challenging for a small car to make it up the hill but if you have a 4 wheel drive or larger 8V SUV, no problem. Beautiful view, great kitchen, living room, and overall amenities. The owner was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Recommend to all.

Great family vacation

The house was in the most perfect location on the side of the mountain and the only thing we missed was the snow which no one could fix. We were accommodated by the host and they responded quickly with anything that we needed. The house had plenty of housewares and bedding for our 15 guest that ranged from 2yrs to 40yrs. We had plenty of games and amenities for everyone. We will definitely rent again if we come back to this area with our family.

This home is unique because of its size and amenities that most homes in this area do not possess. You can stay here in the Mountains and get away from it all, or drive an hour and a half to Los Angeles or the beaches of Orange County. No details have been overlooked when arriving at this cabin for a romantic weekend for two or a family vacation. Great hiking, biking and fishing in the summer and skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter.
