Welcome to King's Perch Cabin.
Large mountain house with impressive vaulted wood paneled ceiling in the living room. The house is great for a large family, small work retreat, or small church retreat. It's has three spacious floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. -plenty of room to spread out. Nestled among the trees with view of Lake Arrowhead. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. There is a large kitchen, with a large dining table. Great for dinners or family game night. Cozy up, in the living room, by the natural wood burning fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the big screen TV. Relax on the outdoor deck with a view of the lake enjoying your morning coffee, surrounded by nature and a beautiful trees.

Foosball table in the basement.
Pool table in the loft above the living room.
Parking for 5 cars.

Kings Cabin

Great cabin with plenty of living space for family and friends to hang out and socialize. Lovely patio deck with a view of the lake. Highly recommend.

Great place for our group of 11. Lovely view of the lake in the distance. Deck has you right among the trees. Huge kitchen with everything you might need. Lots of beds, bathrooms and space. Really enjoyed being able to have the entire group be able to sit at the table together (actually seats 12. Great Wi-Fi. Host was responsive and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this property

Until next time.....

Our small escape to Arrowhead turned out to be just as delightful as we hoped. This cabin was ideal for our family and extremely cozy. Ample parking is available, a rarity in the mountainous region. The house had numerous shared areas that our family loved spending time in, along with ample room for each of us to pursue our individual activities. We savored our food on the deck as we admired the scenery. The house was immaculate and provided all the essentials we might require. The children enjoyed exploring the property and engaging in various outdoor activities. Access to both the town and the lake is convenient. We can’t wait to come back soon! We appreciate the lovely experience.

Overall good

Great location, very clean and spacious house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Disappointed that we were not able to use the deck - which was an huge selling point for us as it would have allowed us to have a great view (we weren’t informed until the day before arrival and we already paid in full). The BBQ in the front patio ran out of propane after one use and there was hardly any lighting to see while cooking out there. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Christmas 2024

Spent a couple days here for Christmas with my family! The house was much nicer than the pictures showed and getting to the property was very easy. I was very impressed- overall experience was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Mature women’s weekend

We had 10 women 60+, and the place was perfect! Very roomy! Some of us did have have a little issue navigating the many stairways, but not too difficult. If you just remember that this is a “vintage mountain house”, with dust, bugs and strange light switches in unusual places, then you will not be disappointed! Place has everything, and the host was a great communicator. Would definitely recommend!

Lake Arrowhead Family Vacay

Our family had a great time here. Super spacious home and kitchen. We enjoyed family dinners, playing pool and foosball and perfect location for our itinerary. We would stay here again.

AWESOME Place with a great view!

Everything stated on the listing was spot on and then some. The view from the patio was amazing. The home was gorgeous. It had all the amenities we needed. But most of all this neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. My group wants to come back.

Great cozy retreat

Lots of room for guests! Plenty of activities to do here with pool, foosball, and tvs. Accommodates bigger groups with the space to spread out, so it never felt crowded. Would be great to go back!

What a great house 🏡

Snowed in for many more days than we planned to stay!! Very comfortable, really spacious mountain home perfect for any large family gathering. The best kitchen of any rental we have ever had. We will definitely visit again.

Great getaway

Awesome time spent with friends! Easy to find on GPS great location and beautiful views. The cabin was very spacious and had enough beds to fit all 14 of us. All in all money very well spent would definitely come back again!

Best family cabin

This cabin was perfect for our large family with plenty of space. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked for all the meals we cooked. The large dining table was great for all of us to eat together. The rooms were all so spacious with comfy beds. It was easy to communicate with the host, very responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving weekend! The rooms were spacious and everyone felt very comfortable relaxing in the big family room to watch football. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes we needed to prepare all of our meals. I highly recommend this house for big groups of people.

Great House in Lake Arrowhead

Weekend get away

Everything great. Felt at home. Easy instructions and directions. Kitchen fridge not working- but one in garage saved us. AJ was quick to answer call. All in all, great weekend. Beautiful scenery, close to Arrowhead village. Definate recomend

You can stay here in the Mountains and get away from it all, or drive an hour and a half to Los Angeles or the beaches of Orange County. No details have been overlooked when arriving at this cabin for a romantic weekend for two or a family vacation. Great hiking, biking and fishing in the summer and skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter.
