Nice apartment. More instruction on key entry would be helpful. Customer service was helpful. Very clean!

Our room was very clean and well taken care of. The check- in process was well explained by the host and we had no issues finding the place. My only suggestion is to maybe add some room darkening curtains to block the streetlights shining through

THIS LISTING IS NOT AS PICTURED. The bed is in a small, separate room (barely large enough for the bed and one tiny side table) and there is no tv in the bedroom. There is no sectional couch, only a small loveseat, which made watching tv just about as enjoyable as sitting in airplane seats. Overall, clean and adequate, but absolutely disappointed that the layout and picture shown were nothing like the actual apartment. Very misleading!!!

I loved this stay! It was beautifully decorated, clean, smelled nice, stocked with essentials, and located close to everything down town. It was exactly as advertised! Minor hiccup at check-In but host was quick to resolve. My only issue was their “24 hr support” isn’t truly 24 hrs. It’s a chat bot that directs you to contact the host. It’s meant to handle urgent matters quickly like lock outs but actually doesn’t. I didn’t reach anyone until morning. I got the feeling it was a one-off situation though. I would definitely stay with them again. It’s pet friendly and reasonably priced. Love it!!

Property had not been cleaned. When contacting host (a company) they acted like I was unreasonable expecting a clean apartment and that this was normal because the previous day was a holiday. Offered to move me to a different place but the location was not acceptable so I slept on the couch. Sofa was totally broken. Pull out had you rolling into the floor. Cabinet doors in kitchen were broken. I called and asked that the manager call. Nice person this time however I never received a call or text. No instructions on how to use rooftop patio or fitness center which appear to be for residents only. Keypad was a bit confusing , especially to make sure it locked behind you. Very nice location. Close to the park,and Market area. I really wished this was a better experience.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, however, this place deserves a warning. The WiFi was not working upon arrival (the Network provided would not even show up). I reached out to the property managers right away since I was working remotely, but nobody responded. This also meant no streaming service from the television. Secondly, the sofa bed is broken. The pop-up trundle was busted, so the bed kept collapsing throughout our first night. The shower had hairs all over from previous guests, as did my towel. The conditioner bottle was missing the pump. We ended up leaving a day early. I requested a refund for the second night, but never received a response. I would not recommend this place.

The room was great and very comfortable. There were several places to eat and get some drinks across the street, and a great community coffee shop up the street. Franklin Park is close by, and it is in a central location that is close to lots attractions around Columbus. For the most part the neighborhood was very quiet and the studio was as advertised. The only issue was the the key cards at the main entrance. Sometimes it would stick and the box the fob was in wouldn't open. I know it is convenient, however, that is definitely an issue when you are packing, unpacking, or getting in from events and trying to get a dog in as well. The box with the key fob for the actual studio room was also very wiggly. It is just something you may want to consider for the future clients. Overall it was a great experience, and a comfortable stay for us and our dog!

I didn’t end up renting the studio because the pictures indicated a TV and a sectional couch, but neither are actually inside of the studio!
