It features a large combined living/dining area (open-concept kitchen) with a couch, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 6 people.There is also a fireplace in the living room. The first bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a closet; the second bedroom has a sleeper sofa and a closet. The couch in the living area can be used as a bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove with oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom/toilet is equipped with a large shower, a hair dryer, and towel hooks.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony with patio furniture. A parking space is available free of charge. The apartment is designed to accommodate 2–6 people.



The vacation home is located in the state-recognized seaside resort of Trassenheide, in a sunny and quiet residential area within the Am Walde residential park, directly behind the Baltic Sea dune forest.
