Welcome to your cozy Louisville retreat a comfortable duplex designed for relaxation and fun.

Enjoy a bright living area with a 50” TV and electric fireplace, plus a fully equipped kitchen to cook and enjoy a nice meal at home.

Downstairs, the game room features a full-size ping pong table perfect for families, friends, or workers looking to unwind.

Conveniently located near restaurants, Cuyahoga National Park (45 min), and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. (12 min)

The space:

Duplex home with 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The primary room features a queen size bed, while the second includes a full-size bed and a bunk bed, providing flexible accommodations for families, friends, or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home, along with a dual coffee maker to start your mornings with either a full pot or a single cup. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a TV and electric fireplace, creating a welcoming space to relax.

Access to the basement is located through the kitchen door, where you will find the private game room and laundry area.

The stairway leading downstairs is the only shared access point with the adjacent unit; however, the laundry/game room space itself is exclusively for your use.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Our dogs did great with the yard and neighborhood to explore. We were close to restaurants, and everything we needed..so great location. It was very comfy and cozy. Just the right size for our daughter and granddaughter to join us. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!

The place was clean and perfect for a short stay for a family of 3 and a dog. The location was close enough to make a short trip to the grocery store to grab a few essentials as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts right down the street. The host was a great communicator and let us check in a few minutes early. Would definitely stay again!

Needs a better system to keep the house cool when it gets warmer. Whoever had changed the drain pan before we checked in had forgot to put the plug in and it leaked water into the carpet continuously. The owners of the duplex had to come over multiple times to fix it and eventually had a handyman install a permanent drain to the basement which fixed the living room AC. Also baseboard heaters were effective but definitely not baby friendly. Keep your little ones monitored constantly so they don't burn or cut their fingers. 2 of 3 nights of my reservation were miserably hot until the owners managed to fix the AC and even gave us one of their standing fans to help circulate air. Definitely has potential, and sitting on the patio is pleasant.

This place had potential but things just kept going wrong. The only A/C unit was in the living room (a windows unit) so on warmer days, pretty much anything over 75, the bedrooms got hot. Even with the fans on, we were all covered in sweat all night. Then the only A/C unit went out and leaked water all over the livingroom. We made sure to tell the owners but they had to come multiple times because it kept going off....and on the hottest day of the week. We went through all the towels soaking up the water from the carpet. We were told it was because we had it set too low. We set it at 65 to try to push more cool air to the back of the house! The only heating system were baseboard heaters in each room other than the livingroom. Which would typically be fine, but we have a crawling 10 month old who had to keep being pulled away since the warming mechanisms are exposed and he kept cutting his fingers on them. Just a simple baby gate available would have negated the danger to our, or any other baby. Also, this place claims to have a "game room" but really it is a ping pong table in an non-temperature controlled basement. That's it.
