On the first floor you will find the dining room (seats 8 people), the living room, half bathroom, the kitchen, and access to the back yard.

Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

There is another full bathroom upstairs in the hall.

2 Rooms are Spacious and have televisions. The other two rooms are cute, smaller rooms and very suitable for children as well!

In the backyard there is a NOT IN USE pool. This is the only off limit area.

There is a private garage attached to the house to park 1-2 vehicles. Additionally there is free street parking.

This is a quiet neighborhood, so please limit your noise level past 10 pm.

Very large roomy home, quiet peaceful area near the big city. Close to stores, restaurants and a beautiful small town filled that’s being missed in our world.

First time renter on vrbo. Had a FANTASTIC experience with this host and the property! Huge, spacious home with all the amenities you could possibly need. We were a group of 7 there for a family reunion. Wonderfully clean rooms with surprisingly comfy beds! The entire neighborhood was beautiful! We could not have had a better experience!

The lawn was overgrown and weeds everywhere in the flower beds. There were 2 overflowing bins on trash out at the curb on Saturday and trash pickup is on Wednesday. There was no hand towel in the half bath or soap. No soap in the upstairs bathroom either. Barely any toilet paper in the masterbath. House smelled extremely musty.

Very disappointed with our stay. First you notice how the yard and flower bed are seriously neglected and full of weeds. Then you open the door to a horrible musty smell. The garage smelled horrible too, like mouse droppings. The family room couch and chairs had stains on them. There’s was no shampoo, hand soap or dish soap not enough towels and hand towels plus we ran out of toilet paper. The bed pillows were flat and old. The hall bathroom shower was terrible, the faucet was difficult to use plus there was mold on the corner of the bathroom.I expected the house to be modest but assumed it would be clean and comfortable. I spoke to the host and told him all our concerns. He said he would be taking the home off as a listing until he could adress our concerns. With a little tlc, bleachand trip to home goods the house could be charming and a great value. I hope he cleans it up for the next travelers

Stayed here two nights attending a Darby House wedding, and our overall experience was disappointing.Biggest issue was communication with the host. We never received check-in instructions despite multiple messages the day before, more messages the morning of check-in, and several phone calls. We didn’t hear back until about four hours before check-in, with no apology or explanation. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work, and we had to call twice before receiving a working code.The other major issue was the constant yard work. Crews were cutting down trees and using power tools both mornings starting around 8:30am, including Sunday morning, using chainsaws and other loud equipment. They worked directly outside the kitchen windows while we ate breakfast, making us uncomfortable enough to move elsewhere in the house, and the backyard was unusable for essentially our entire stay. Had we known major landscaping was scheduled, we would have booked a different property.The house had a musty smell, the living room furniture was stained, two kitchen chairs came apart while we were sitting in them, one towel had multiple holes, a bedroom closet was filled with old clothes and junk, the shower wasn’t functioning properly, the bathroom doors were extremely difficult to open and close, there were cigarette burns in the bathroom linoleum, the towel bar fell off the wall during our stay, and the garage door opener didn’t work.I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Please believe the prior reviews about the terrible, musty smell of this home.When we got there the house was not clean. The downstairs floor was sticky. The sofa and chairs were stained. There was a fingernail on the rug upstairs, a moldy shower, open containers of food in the cabinets, as well as debris in the silverware tray and dishwasher. In addition to that, the downstairs bathroom door will not shut, the jacuzzi tub only has cold water and the bathroom towels were still damp. I attempted to reach out to the host per VRBO guidelines, however, he did not respond, and only after VRBO got involved would the host agree to refund grand total of 100 for all of those issues.

Highly do not recommend. The house was horrifyingly dirty. The house said pet friendly but when we asked about bringing a pet, they said absolutely not. However when we arrived there was posters on the wall saying how to care for the pets that come, etc. Tubs were dirty, kitchen floor was grimy and there was dirt and grime on all the floors and walls all over the house. Bathrooms were also very dirty. Couch had stains on it and the entire lower level of the house and kitchen reeked of smoke, and pet urine.We received no check in or check out instructions. We arrived and had to wait almost an hour before we were able to get ahold of the host and get the key code to the house. a good thing was that the beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet.
