Guests have exclusive access to a 240 m² house that accommodates 11 people, with additional space for two children. The house is spread over three levels:

- Finnish sauna with a relaxation area and access to the terrace
- Fitness area (exercise mats, stationary bike, workout equipment, and a ping-pong table)
- Dartboard
- Children's play area

Ground Floor:
- Small bedroom with two single beds
- Living room with a fireplace and sliding panoramic windows leading to a partially covered terrace (50 m², with a relaxation area)
- Sofa bed, 55-inch TV, and a separate speaker with two microphones for karaoke
- Large kitchen (well-equipped with appliances and dishes)
- Bathroom with a toilet and shower

Upper Floor:
- Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with a bathtub and shower), including:
- Brown Bedroom: Equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for a child (additional sleeping space not included in the main count), a 50-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
- Blue Bedroom: Furnished with a double bed
- Pink Bedroom: Features three single beds (two can be combined into a double bed) and a sofa bed for a child (additional sleeping space not included in the main count)
