Beautiful home, beautiful views from every outside space! Should send a gate code and a door code, too many codes? We had traffic backed up on the road bc gate code would not work ? Some man yelled it from the road ? Elevator was not working when we arrived? But after a call to the Host it was taken care of! No problems after that! Thanks for a beautiful vacation

Wonderful location. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved the gate on the porch deck as we had a toddler and she could play there with no worries about her falling down the stairs. Very comfortable beds. Would love to come again!

This is a lovely home right on the beach next to the State Park. We had an awesome time with our family of two grandparents, two adult children and kids, total of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Kitchen was will stocked with dishes, utensils and pans. House was clean and pretty much ready to go. There is tons to do between TV watching, ping pong, riding bikes or kayaking, (you will have to rent the bikes and boat separately), or just sitting on one of the many patios and enjoying the beautiful ocean views while sipping on a cup of coffee or a sodal It was also quiet here, because it is the last house before you get to the state park, so it did not feel like you had a ton of people around you. There was plenty of communication with property owners and management. And even when we arrived, I could not find the gate code and immediately texted them. And they were quick to respond, but it was already in my information. I just did not see it. So that was totally my fault! This is an incredible place to spend some time if you want to get away and enjoy the ocean and we hope to come back soon. Thank you so much.

The house is beautiful and location excellent. Well appointed but we notice a bad smell immediately upon arrival. Opened front and back doors to circulate the air to no avail and wound up leaving two days early. Rental agency basically said too bad and as of yet has not posted our review but we are hoping VRBO will.

Michael, we're pleased you thought our home was beautiful and its location served you well! It's great to know you found it well-appointed but we apologize for any odor you detected. Our local manager assured us that the home was checked before your arrival and after your departure and our team didn’t notice any smell. In addition, the homeowner contracted a mold specialist who inspected the home and noted that no mold was detected. We always want our guests to enjoy their entire stay and regret this was not the case for you. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

Perfect!!

Location Location Location!!! Last home before the state park, so only one home next to you! You get a great view of the Gulf/Beach from East, South and West, along with a great Bay view!!! The Kitchen!!! All the stuff you need for a family, JA kitchen appliances are top notch, all the equipment you need and 4 ice machines!!!! Great Master with amazing Master Bath and great balcony!! Did I mention the giant kitchen island!!!! Sorry still excited about the kitchen!! Great kid room with amazing loft beds, pullout couch and day bed! Perfect for the kiddos. All guest bedrooms are amazing as well, all have private bathrooms!! We used the outdoor shower and 3 other locations around the house with hoses to wash off the sand. Located at the fish cleaning station, driveway and west of the home near the boardwalk. Natural Gas grills works great! Had no problems getting spots on the beach as the beach was pretty much private being the last home before the state park! Tennis and Bball court right in front of your driveway, but was not a noise distraction at all! Short walk to the pool, kids loved it! Now, this could have been a downside but it was not. Wifi is excellent and plenty of TVs! There is a water treatment plant next door, no smell or noise and most of the time we did not even notice it!! Do not let that be a deterrent! The house was amazing and we will rent again! Bring some beach chairs or rent them, the house does not have them. 5 Stars though!!!!

Great place. Beautiful beach. Didn’t have the gate code in the instructions. Elevators didn’t work and I had 2 folks 79 & 80.
