The Space:

Perched just a short walk to the center of Seaside (one mile) where you and your loved ones can enjoy local artist shops, restaurants, and much more, this family-friendly home is waiting for you! This home offers a lush backyard with plenty of tall trees and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.



Inside, the living room is all about comfort with a sectional sofa and two armchairs. The flatscreen TV with cable is perfect for entertaining evenings at home. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen won't disappoint. It boasts all essential appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and a two-person island. Look up your favorite recipe using the free WiFi and surprise your loved ones with an unforgettable meal. Then, you all can retreat to the sunroom furnished with plenty of rocking chairs and a table with chairs.



The main bedroom of the home enjoys an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination and a washer/dryer combo. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bath in the hall with double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Beyond amazing. 250 steps and you are at the beach. Great house perfect for our family of 7. The host was amazing responded to all our questions in 10-15 min tops! (That’s unheard of.). Home had everything you needed. Will stay again!

Couldn’t ask for a better cottage to stay in at the beach. Old Florida vibes with all of the modern amenities one would need. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this little house. The location is absolutely PERFECT. You’re a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to seaside square. BUT….. during our 5 night stay, we saw a total of 8 roaches inside the house. There is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. It’s an older home so they’re are a bunch of cracks in the doors and walls. The kitchen also needs some updating. If you plan to cook a lot, this might not be place for you. The outside is also extremely overgrown, which isn’t a huge issue but it just doesn’t look good. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but the roaches were a huge no go for me. If they could fix that issue, this place would be almost perfect!

The best! We loved our time at Memories. Very cute and cozy with my favorite beach entrance in Seagrove. The bikes were such a nice bonus as well!

Great location

Cute beach cottage great location. Clean!!The only downside was lichen stove, could barely fit a small pizza in there and kitchen supplies were lacking.

Loved that I could get up before sunrise and walk 1-1/2 blocks safely to the waters edge. Also that the grandchildren were safe riding the bikes around and exploring without worrying about their safety. They investigated everyday the area and fished often. We came for the youngest daughter to celebrate her destination wedding, such fun.

Great location, rustic charm

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - short walk to the beach through a shaded neighborhood, and then an easy walk to the downtown. The house was a more rustic vintage style, not modern luxury, which is what we loved about it. Plenty of space for our family of 6. This was our first stay in Seaside and we’d stay here again if we come back!

Great trip for my high school graduate granddaughter

Cute, cozy vintage home located in a quiet, beautiful area. Brought my granddaughter to celebrate her high school graduation. Short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying again.

Casual, comfy, eclectic, and super convenient location to Publix, beach, and restaurants. Seagrove Village Cafe short walk right around the corner.

Family trip

Loved the original beach house surrounded by the old Magnolia and Live Oak trees. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch when we were at the house. Easy walk to the beach and Seaside. Beds were good and home was clean.

Hooray for the Orangebelle

Great trip for 6 at Seagrove Beach. This cottage had just the right space for us. Loved the screened porch and the outdoor shower is a must when coming back from the beach. Short and lovely 2 min walk to the beach access just across 30A. The personal touches in this house were great! Slept great…comfy beds!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Cute Little Cottage

We had the greatest week staying at the cutest little cottage. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location! This isn’t s complaint but a few recommendations: Update some of the appliances and kitchen pots/pans/utensils. Add air purifier to the rooms. Overall we made some great memories this week!

Amazing tucked away location!

We loved our stay in this cozy little beach house! It’s conveniently tucked away from the hustle of the main road but still a short walk to the beach and about a ten minute walk to the seaside center. Loved the thoughtful decorations. Beach wagon was a major plus too! Only thing I would point out that was a minor inconvenience was the toaster only worked if you held it down the entire time. Overall an amazing little find!!!
