Admire breathtaking Gulf views from your very own balcony, treat your group to a delicious homemade meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen or maybe show off your grilling skills using the resort's grill area. Sterling Shores Resort offers top-quality shared amenities that include Lagoon and Oasis styled pools, a fitness center, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores! This unit offers Beach Chairs (seasonally March 1- October 31 including 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella) What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you’re looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the Links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club.
THINGS TO KNOW
Full kitchen w/dishwasher Free WiFi Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Great Stay

Great location for beach and pool. Easy walk and access to beach and close to great restaurant. Place was very clean and good size for 6 adults. Would definitely book again

Very nice, comfortable, & clean. Location of pool & beach was great! Beautiful white sand! It was so much fun! We really enjoyed our stay here! And would definitely recommend it & come again!

Great property!

We loved this unit! Location was great, the pool was amazing, the master bed and bathroom were luxurious and the condo had new appliances. I loved it here, hope to stay again next year!

We had a great stay here. It had everyone we needed and a fantastic location. We can’t wait to come back!! We had few questions and the owner responded via email quickly and always helpful! Could not have had a better stay!

Beautiful space, convenient location

Our condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. Plenty of space, had everything we needed. It's close to the beach and stores/restaurants. Our teens had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Great vaca

Great place to stay, we enjoyed visiting Destin with our family and friends. The only negative was the master bath jacuzzis switch nob was missing & was difficult to set the timer....otherwise aok!!

Great views and location

The condo is very spacious and fit our family well. My only advice is to have beach towels for tenants to take to the beach.

The property was great. Easy beach access, fun pool and good location. The individual unit could use some updates. But overall good stay.
