We loved our stay

The property was well kept, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Is close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. Check in process was smooth and great communication with the host.

Perfect beach getaway for group

Beach was under 5 minutes away and had plenty of room (and 4 bathrooms!) for our group. Property was spotless when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place for a group beach trip.

Perfect house!

Great location, very clean, bedrooms are spread out which was nice since we travelled with littles! My only complaint was if youre going to cook, bring pots and pans! They were in pretty rough shape! Other than that it was an amazing stay with loads of memories made!

Location was great and plenty of space. Communication with the management company was very painful. Contradictory messages sent an hour apart, wrong WiFi info, etc. When we arrived there were 6 loose full trashbags at the front stairs of the property that smelled like rotten fish. Both trash cans were full. Had to contact them to remove them but they only took cans out and left the loose bags. It smelled awful. The kitchen had German cockroaches and there were used towels still hanging in our bathroom when we arrived. The only saving grace was the proximity to the beach.

Quiet, Clean, and 100 yards from the ocean

Our family of 8 stayed for 7 nights and loved it. House was clean and as-described. Everyone had plenty of space...4 bathrooms! We utilized the outdoor shower daily. 2 minute walk to the beach. This house just is just down a short ways from the condos, so we practically had the beach to ourselves, even on Memorial Day Weekend! Less than 1000' a way is also a coffee and snow cone stand that we visited daily. Communication was great, check-in and out was easy. We had no issues whatsoever and was very happy with our stay. Thank you!

I don’t even know where to begin. The property itself has so much potential for vacationing families. Here is what was good. 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms. it accommodates larger families. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. View of the Ocean from the large front porch. Here is what went bad. The management company is hands down the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. 1. Two of the toilets back filled constantly (keeping you up at night)2. infested with cockroaches one of them large enough that I though it was a mouse. They were coming out of the dishwasher so I had to wash dishes by hand and spray. I canned the first day and nobody showed to spray the entire time we were there. always an excuse they were working on it. They told me someone was coming Wednesday and I stayed behind on a fishing trip to make sure someone let them in. 3. severely broken stovetop stove. under stocked kitchen. I had to go buy forks a spatula, a decent pot and pan to cook with4. the garbage was over flowing from previous guest. never emptied. 5. two broken porch swings no grill ( in photos)6. 3-4 glassesno usable coffee mugs7. pillows and mattresses so uncomfortable8. I asked management company for two things. garbage removal (smelled horrific) and bug spraying. They did nothing. worst experience ever. I called the owner because this management company is doing them no favors
