Awesome place to celebrate Mardi Gras

Definitely five 5 stars celebrated my buddies 50th birthday with the guys, a perfect location from Bourbon Street. The only downside is Rampart Street is very busy with foot traffic and cars.

Bachelor party

Very happy with our stay at this property. Comfortably slept a group of 8 guys for a bachelor party and was a very convenient location to bourbon street. Would recommend to friends and consider staying again in the future.

Unbelievable stay

We went the weekend after the biggest storm in the city’s history and it couldn’t have been a better experience because of Mike. He was unbelievably accommodating and I would stay there every single time I ever step foot in New Orleans. 10/10. Mike gets 5 big booms on the boom meter.

Great location, just a bit noisy. You can hear the people upstairs walking around quite well and street noise. If it wasn't for that it was a 5 star rating.Chris

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time to rent this condo. We had an absolute blast! 4 blocks from Royal St. Great shopping, great food, great location. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mike for being a fabulous host!

Mike is great, house is great, location is GREAT! Came for my bachelor party and everyone enjoyed it and fit very comfortably. Easy walk to bourbon (most important part)

Great bachelor party spot!

Place was perfect for our bachelor party and the check in and entry process could not have been easier. The place is easily walkable to bourbon street and frenchmen street and is very close to Lafite's Blacksmith Shop.

Great house in great location for large groups

We stayed here with a group of 7 and it was free eat for what we needed. Plenty of room to sleep, it was clean, and the location was great being just a few blocks from Bourbon and the rest of what the French Quarter has to offer.

Great Spot for Large Group

Tons of room to hang out, good location with lots of bars/eats within short walking distance. Hosts were quick to reply with any needs. We would definitely stay here again with a large group

Great Nola stay

Great place in a convenient location walkable go bourbon st and other NOLA mainstays. The place was perfect for our group of 10- had plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great for a large group intending to make the trip walkable
