Now it's the perfect time to surprise your loved ones with a stay they won't forget anytime soon at this beautifully appointed townhouse! This retreat is located just a short walk that leads to a locked community pool and picnic area and is within two miles of North Mountain Park, Sunnyslope Historical Society, Palma Park, and North Mountain Visitor Center.

Enter into an oversized family room leading to a bright dining, kitchen, and patio area. Unwind in the inviting living room featuring a smart TV with streaming services or on the private enclosed patio with impressive views of the Piestewa Peak (formerly Squaw Peak) and Sunnyslope Mountain. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials to whip up memorable meals for the crew and delicious snacks on the go. The large primary bedroom has its own smart TV, a convenient desk in case you need to work or study remotely, and opens to the patio as well. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, central AC, and high-speed WiFi.

Phoenix vacation

Very good location, easy reach for all attractions in town, and very good mountain trails just step out of the house. Very nice and friendly neighborhood.

Very nice. Clean. Good location. Had everything you need but i assumed it had cable tv.. bad assumption. A whole month with was terrible with no cable. My fault. I assumed.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. We will most definitely I again. Thank you for everything.

Cozy townhome.

Came for my daughter’s soccer games. Place was nice. Had what we needed for the two days we were there. The double bed was not as shown and the frame made it hard to sleep two adults. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Great little townhouse in the perfect location.

We traveled with our pet and the townhouse and surrounding grounds were perfect for our dog to have room to walk and explore. Very quiet and safe area. Covered parking was near the townhouse and was convenient. The property inside and out was very clean, the rooms spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided and the washer and dryer on property came in handy. However, a plumbing upgrade is needed. Hot water was a bit sporadic, the tub was slippery and the shower handles loose. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Bathroom

It would be helpful to have a handhold in the shower and a shower mat. We did buy one.I dis notice the baseboards in the bathroom needed to be cleaned. Other than that everything was very clean.I would recommend a different bed in the second bedroom and a mirror there also.

Very clean, nicely and comfortably decorated but problems

The location was good, however there were some concerning glitches. First, there was no free WiFi. There was an opportunity to purchase service on an unsecured network (Who's going to do that these days?) The refrigerator could not properly cool food in spite of turning it up as high as possible. Our water source was linked to others and, when a plumber shut it off to service another unit, we lost our water! Fortunately it was short term and I was able to speak to the plumber who was unaware of the sharing of water sources.
