Enjoy a comfortable Salt Box style Cape Cod retreat for your vacation. Open concept design with 3 Bedrooms plus 2 bonus rooms with beds and 3 Full Bathrooms. Central Air Conditioning with additional mini split AC units in loft and in each upstairs bedroom. Large deck with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee, a sunset barbeque or New England seafood dinner.
Walk to Popponesset Inn or the Popponesset Marketplace on the maintained pathways for restaurants, bars, shopping, miniature golf, a morning coffee on a walk or an evening ice cream (about 7/10 mile) or drive. Enjoy a stuffed and unforgettable lobster roll at the acclaimed 'Raw Bar' at the Marketplace. The Popponesset Inn has a public bar and a waterfront restaurant. The acclaimed Mashpee Commons are only a 4 mile drive to enjoy boutique shopping, other premium restaurants, bars, theater, bowling and grocery stores.
Walk to Fells Pond/Jim Pond (freshwater) and its' small beach, 2/10 of a mile down the road for a morning or evening swim. This is a great area to take the little ones to splash and swim as it has a nice shallow area.
The property is a corner lot and with entrances on Fells Pond Road and Broomstick Way, a cul de sac road which is great for younger children with bikes, skateboards, rollerblades due to reduced traffic.
The home is an open style enabling those in the kitchen to communicate and see those in the living room or dining room. Families and friends can still socialize when eating, cooking or just relaxing.
All linens are provided for bedding and bath. Each bathroom has a liquid soap dispenser. Additionally, each bathroom has a toiletry set. Two rolls of toilet paper are supplied for each bathroom.
In the kitchen, there are all the pots (including large lobster pot-located in the pantry on the floor), pans, dishes and utensils you might need to cook up most any type of meal. In addition to the gas cook top range and oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, the kitchen has a microwave, Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker, tea pot, toaster and blender and a gas Weber barbeque is on the deck. We supply you with dish detergent, 14 dishwasher detergents and trash bags for the kitchen. For your beach adventures we supply you with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a tote.
It is our goal to provide a home away from home experience for you to enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cape house! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay and provided so much great information about the house and the surrounding area. The house was very clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Absolutely delightful property! Sparklingly clean, well stocked and thoughtfully laid out kitchen and bathrooms! Incredibly peaceful - just the sounds of nature. The pond was crystal clear and a lovely place to sit and take a quick dip after running the well marked community trails. A super short and easy drive to South Cape Beach. Hosts are so thoughtful and lovely to work with!

The property is very roomy and comfortable. The house has everything you can imagine, even qtips, toiletries. etc. They provide linens, bath towels, beach towels and chairs...very rare!!! We will book again and so will you. The owners are very easy to reach and are very responsive so if you have questions you will get a prompt answer.

This home is clean, comfortable, and extremely well-appointed! Nestled in the trees, it offers a relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The nearest public beach is 2.6 miles away, and there’s a little lake beach down the street. It’s a good location to travel around Cape Cod; we even took a day trip to Boston. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for your family. We were happy to have cable and streaming services. Laundry in the basement was super convenient, and check out instructions were easy. Also, communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend!

Scott and Aubrey left nothing wanting in this very well kept and thoughtfully laid out home. From little things to help you feel at home such as a fresh bag of coffee, a bottle of wine as a thank you for renting…to bath gel, makeup remover wipes, laundry pods, everything you need you can think of they provided! The beds and linens were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with what we needed as far as dishes, pans and utensils. The 3 main rooms and two bonus rooms were perfect for my crew of 6 adults (4 young adults) Everyone slept well and early due to all of the activities! The neighborhood is great for walks, and my significant other found plenty of trails to run. If I come back to Cape Cod area I would most definitely rent this house again!

This is the seventh consecutive year that we three sisters have stayed here for our annual reunion. Whether we stay put in the cottage or tour the Cape, it meets our needs just perfectly. Located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, it is clean, cozy, and spacious and wonderfully stocked, from towels and linens to cooking utensils and bathroom soaps. The ocean and hiking paths are easily accessible as are neighboring places like Falmouth, Sandwich, Hyannis, and beyond, all with multiple things to see and do. Hosts Scott and Audrey could give lessons in hosting. Their thoughtful and complimentary coffee and wine welcome us when we first arrive. They are vigilant in attending to any concerns or questions we may have. Each year there is a surprise in their home. This year the bathroom off the master bedroom had a lovely makeover, complete with a roomy walk in shower. No surprise their place receives top notch reviews. Thank you, Scott and Audrey. We look forward to our eighth year! .

Great stay

This was a very good spot and experience. They had anything you would need and it was available from laundry to beach towels. Had very good communication on check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Another lovely week in New Seabury

Scott and Audrey are excellent hosts and the property is perfect: clean, well-maintained, fantastic location. This was our second time staying here and we hope to be back for a third next year.

Cape Cod family vacation

We had a wonderful week at Scott & Audrey’s home in New Seabury! The location was perfect for us as a home base to travel around to different areas. It was spacious for our family including 2 teenagers!

The house was in a great central location. It could use a little updating on decor but it was clean! The hosts were fabulous at communication. We enjoyed our stay and were able to do lots of sight seeing and area attractions. Went to Boston twice, Sandwich, Falmouth, Martha’s Vineyard, Woods Hole.

Relaxing home

The owner thought of everything and we had all we needed for our stay. The home was clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable, located in a quiet community. The local area is also very nice with lots to do. We will rent here again!

Wonderful home and location

We wanted a place to stay that offered space for our whole family, including grandparents, siblings, and children. This home provided all the space and amenities we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative. This home helped to make our first Cape Cod family vacation a wonderful experience.

My family really enjoyed their vacation here! The house was very clean. The space was very nice, I really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen because even on vacation I do like to cook. Great location, close to local beaches and Mashpee Commons, which we went to a couple times. My kids took a drive to Plymouth for the day and it was not that far and they really enjoyed that. We definitely are. Looking forward to going back next year!

Treehouse

Wonderful location! My family nicknamed the house the “treehouse” because it felt like you were in the woods and yet all the amenities were nearby. Highly recommend the location and house.

Great location

This was our 2nd year Re ring on Fell’s Pond Rd., unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate, but home is roomy enough to accommodate the 8 of us, so worked out perfectly!

We have recently made many upgrades to ready the home for a summer rental including, but not limited to, adding a split system for separate upstairs A/C units in each bedroom and loft, a newly remodeled guest bathroom on the main floor, new flooring and baseboards in the master bathroom and other third bathroom upstairs, new flooring in the kitchen, weber gas grill, new microwave, toaster, blender, new washer and dryer, flat screen t.v. for living room and loft.
