Enjoy your stay in a newly remodeled, fresh and clean custom home. Experience the convenience of a great location.
The living room has new Cindy Crawford Key West furniture, sofa sleeper, Samsung 60 inch Smart TV, DVD player and fireplace. Dining room has a Cindy Crawford Key West dining set. All the bedrooms have new Panama Jack furniture and Serta Presidential Suite Mattresses (START COUNTING SHEEP).
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a 45 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size sofa sleeper. It has a 32 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player and two large closets with dressers and built-ins.
Third bedroom has a full size bed and a 28 inch flat screen TV with combo DVD player. It has a walk-in closet with dresser.
Wash room has a new washer and dryer.
Kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator with crushed or cubed ice, dishwasher, Samsung microwave, GE stove, garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The back yard has a patio and a secured privacy fence.

Biloxi

The check-in/checkout process was quick and easy. The main house, along with the separate apartment, were both in good shape and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Quick walk or drive to the beach. Other restaurants and activities weren't too far of a drive either.

4 seniors with limited mobility found this place very accomodating. Close to everything, beach, casinos, snd restaraunts. Would definately stay sgain.

Loved our stay

My family and I traveled here from East Texas to visit my husband for his Air Force graduation. The house was a great place to stay, and had everything we needed. It was also minutes away from his base, so that was great. We got to enjoy the beach, and nearby places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Wonderful house. Very clean and comfortable. I have never seen such big TVs. Large fenced backyard. Would love to come back sometime.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

After 2 weeks here I was sad to go home. Everything about this property is perfect for us and our 3 dogs. From the new keyless entry to the fenced backyard and everything in between the host has provided everything for a perfect vacation (even a Kuerig complete with coffee pods). We booked for next year before we left for home and can’t wait to come back. Thanks, James for everything!!!!

Very Happy!

We loved this home, the location & the owner! We are still relatively new to staying at VRBOs (this is our 5th or 6th time). Until this trip, our favorite one was also in Biloxi, but it wasn't available this time. But we hit the jackpot when we chose this property as our "2nd choice" - and it will be our 1st choice from now on! It was not only beautifully & comfortably furnished, it was easy to get to & was so close to all the places we need to go to - Beau Rivage, the mall, Walmart & a nice choice of fast food restaurants. Thank you to James for allowing us to stay in his family's home!

Perfect beach stay for your vacay!

This place is great! Mr. Foster is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is awesome and we grilled out a huge meal for seven people one night, which was a blast. Go out the front door and you can see the ocean. This is our second time to stay here, and the first time to stay with our now three-month-old son. Because the place is so spacious it was very comfortable for three couples and a three-month-old. The closeness to the beach made it the perfect place for our son's first experience with the ocean since we needed to be able to go back and forth easily for short stays on the beach. I highly recommend this to anyone thinking of a beach weekend, Unless you're thinking about going on a weekend we want to go in which case it will already be taken :-)

House was in a good location and was easy to find. Even have a fence in back yard for your animals. I brought my 10ft tralier and golf cart and was able to lock it up in the back yard. Overall great experience and great host.

Just as we hoped!

We stayed here for my granddaughter's dance recital which was at the Coliseum. The location was perfect, neighborhood was safe. The house was very clean and fully stocked with linens, bathroom supplies and kitchen supplies. Communication with Owner was very quick and easy to reach. The door lock was giving us some trouble and it was fixed very soon. Will stay here again when needed!

Great house

We loved the house so much. Can’t wait for another reason to rent the house again. The only thing about the house that was not mentioned is that the bedroom with a full size bed had a single step down then had a single step up to go to the attached bathroom.

I grew up in this neighborhood and I purchased this house in 1989 and we lived in the house till 2013. My wife and I both grew up in Biloxi and we have two children. I still have two brothers and a sister that live in the neighborhood and we also have another two bedroom, one bath house for rent behind this house.
I have owned 'Life's A Beach Rentals' for thirty years and my wife is a school teacher.

This house can easily sleep 8 to 10 people in comfort or you can close it off and sleep two people. Walking distance to beach and fishing pier. The house is pet friendly and has a privacy fenced in back yard. The fence was built with extra thick boards on the bottom to keep our dogs secured.
