If you are planning your next holiday to the southern area of france, stay in our beautiful two bedroom apartment located in the charming town of collioure. We supply all that you need so you can feel comfortable while away from home. Features include your own separate entrance, fully furnished rooms, working kitchen and two bedrooms plus pull out couch with space to accommodate 4-6 people. All linens for the beds are supplied.

Each bedroom has a double bed with high quality linen and comfy mattresses and pillows. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. Upon request we can supply a playpen/crib for a baby.

The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, stove top, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, dishes, glassware, utensils & cutlery.

The recently renovated washroom has a full tub with shower, heated towel rack and storage area. Towels are included.

Other extras complimentary wi-fi, a colour tv with 100s of stations, dvd with movies, electric heaters, fans, iron with board, hair dryer, beach chairs & umbrella.

Cleaning is included with the rental price.

Our convenient location is ideally situated within walking distance to great restaurants, local bars, artisan's shops and only steps away from the beaches of the mediterranean.

Explore the area with so much to do and see or just enjoy the beach and the lovely sunny days. Collioure is perfect for a family holiday, adventure seekers, historians, avid travellers, food & wine enthusiasts or simply a quiet, romantic getaway.

Au coeur de la vieille ville

L'appartement est très bien situé, au coeur de la vieille ville, et bien equipé pour 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et avons particulierement apprecié d'entendre la mer en nous couchant le soir.

Great Experience in Collioure

The apartment is wonderful, very home like. Everything you might need is provided. The instructions for arrival/departure are perfect. Our host was very responsive when we had a question upon arrival. We would love to return to this space. Wish we had more time.

Central location

Excellent communication with host. Directions to the property, once in Colliour, excellent. Marred only by the state of the kitchen unit which need attention and the number of small somewhat dangerous steps. This property is not suitable for even the slightly disabled. Both bedrooms comfortable with hanging space

Het is een heel mooi plekje in het mooie collioure. We hebben ervan genoten. Zelf inchecken ging prima, communicatie verliep goed, ziet er uit als op de foto's. Fijn dat we wat strandspullen konden gebruiken.

Appartement charmant très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté de l'église Notre Dame des Anges. On aperçoit même la mer de la chambre! L'appartement est confortable et charmant dans une grosse bâtisse avec son entrée individuelle directement depuis une petite rue piétonne. Il y a des commerces à proximité comme le carrefour city à 5 min et de nombreux restaurants. La propriétaire Kim est très disponible en cas de questions. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment near the sea

Wonderfully located, clean, and spacious apartment near the sea and beaches, market and shops. I look for good beds, good shower, good location. This had all three. We had a few minor issues and were able to immediately get in touch with the host and have them quickly addressed, which is really the best you can expect. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might not find everything you're accustomed to having, but the kitchen has all the basics, plus a dishwasher!

Sunny days in Collioure

Perfect location, short distance to everything, specially the beach. In warm days like we had, it was perfect with thick walls to keep the heat out and a nice breeze inside. Kitchen weare could have been refreshed, a bit old and weary. We had a wonderful long week, will certainly be back:). Smiles from us Norwegians:):):)

Gite non conforme aux photos, peu entretenu. Par endroits dans les chambres, murs dėcrėpis, portes des chambres qui ne fermaient pas, plus de rideau å la fenêtre du salon, ni de tringle sauf un support, deux vieilles bougies consumėes dans deux verres dont un cassė, dans une chambre un bac anti-humidité rempli d'eau croupie, vitres très sales,dans l'espace cuisine, dessus de hotte grasse, grille-pain rouillė, placards pas rangės, poussière sur les meubles, livres et DVD uniquement en anglais. Le ménage est pourtant compris dans le prix de la location... Ce gite à obtenu l'excellence en 2017, mais depuis ça s'est dėgradė... Seul point positif : l'emplacement qui permet de tout faire å pied dans Collioures.

Fantastic Location

Although the weather didn't cooperate, it was cold, rainy and windy, we had a great time in Collioure. I can't believe we stayed in such an interesting apartment. It was right by the sea and we went to sleep every night with the sound of the waves hitting the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable, and had a great location that was close to many nice places to eat and visit. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Collioure.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and decorated, in a great location.

Chateau de la Rocasse is a spacious modern apartment housed in an iconic chateau. The furnishings are comfortable and functional; accessories are tasteful and bright; and the artwork is typically Collioure. The bed in the first bedroom is very comfortable and there is ample space in the dresser and closet. We didn’t use the second bedroom. The shower is wonderful with good pressure and quick hot water. Two of the windows overlook Place de lEgliese and provide a direct view of the sea. The apartment is one level above the street on that side so you can leave the windows open with no loss of privacy. There is a wonderful guitarist who plays below the windows and around the corner when the sun gets higher. He is very personable and appreciates a donation every now and again. Beware - while the street is a pedestrian walkway, garbage trucks and delivery vehicles are present in the morning. Be prepared to wake to the sounds of beeping back-up alarms. Better yet go for a morning walk and come back with fresh pastries and brew some coffee. While the owners are not local, Kim is promptly responsive by email.

Stay for a month of March charming village, weekly market is not to mist, The apartment is well equipt with all the necessity very close to the water and village. The owner is very helpful.

Very comfortable and beautiful location!

We loved our time in Collioure. The view from the main pedestrian street along the little port on the Mediterranean is a painting waiting to happen. We enjoyed the little restaurants and our morning coffee and croissant sitting on the shore. The apartment is very comfortable and located at the end of the main walkway overlooking the church and the sea. The owner was readily available by email although we had no need to contact her. Everything was in order. We would book there again.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist bester Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, und die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und den Gässchen der Altstadt ist perfekt. Organisatorisch hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Einziger Nachteil: Der Lärmpegel in dieser Lage war im August bis in die tiefe Nacht recht hoch.

Nice break in Collioure, France

We had a lovely time at Kim and Denis' house in Collioure, an amazing little fishing village by the Pyrénées Orientales, South of France. This is the 1st time we rented an accommodation for our Easter break. We have been many times to Collioure before and The Château de Rocasse allowed us to be totally free and it is perfectly located in the centre of Collioure in the old charming part of the village. It is right at the edge of St Vincent's little beach, one of the best spot of Collioure. The House is well equipped, I truly appreciated that all the basics were available like towels, bed linens, tea towels, kettle, coffee maker. etc... and a nice little banyuls (local liquor) for welcoming ! You often get charged in France for those extras. and if you look around Collioure, the Château de Rocasse is one of the most typical house, reminding me the "Mauresque"style with its green shutters. It has indeed a lot of charm and style ! Kim is very helpful and reactive for any questions. Highly recommended.

The Chateau de la Rocasse is from the 1850s making the structure very special. We love the unique apartment and all it's conveniences. Being located right on the water and across from the church makes opening the front door a lovely experience each and every day.

We love the proximity to everything in the town. Right outside the door are the quaint streets filled with restaurants and artist's boutiques and you never have to drive anywhere. We love strolling down the main street, along with seaside each morning and enjoying the sunny skies and the incredible views of the mountains.
