Large family had a great time at the house- so much to do! We had a small issue and it was immediately and completely dealt with. The house is very well stocked and everything was ready for us! Thanks so much!

We had a great stay here. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the whole process felt easy.The house was very clean and well appointed. It had practically everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, foldable wagons, and a cooler for the beach! We loved how kid-friendly everything was! We’d stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a smooth rental experience.

This home was very thoughtfully created and decorated. From the splash pad to ball pit to amenities for a baby, this home was truly amazing!! The host responded very quickly at all times. Although not on the beach, the home was in a great location near Publix and other stores, in a nice neighborhood. Our family absolutely loved our stay. After posting photos, we had multiple people ask of for the link to this home to book! We will be back!!

Stayed here with my family of 11 adults and 2 kiddos. We had an absolute blast!! We only left the property once during our stay and that was for groceries. It was cozy, fun and very clean! Only downside was the pool guy coming mid morning one day. We had to wait to use the pool and the chemicals were so strong for the rest of the day. They should’ve came the day before we arrived. Anyway, the host was super responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Overall great place! Highly recommend

Our family of 16 had an incredible stay at this property. It is in a really good location with grocery, starbucks, restaurants and several other amenities just minutes away. It's a short ride to Anna Marie Island and very close to great beaches. The property was very cleaned and the amenities on the property exceeded our expectations. The splash pad, pool and outdoor accommodations entertained the kids and adults the entire trip, we had to convince ourselves to want to leave the property. The 2nd house was a great amenity as well, all of the kids slept in that house with the grandparents which allowed the other adults to enjoy uninterrupted sleep as the 2nd house has a full bathroom, kitchen etc. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We used the outdoor projector to watch movies at night and world cup matches. The ball pit/arcade room was surprisingly just as fun for the kids as the outdoor amenities. After a long day in the sun at the pool, the kids loved playing in the ball pit, with the air hockey and the arcade games. We also used the nursery set up that was available as we had a 2-month-old along and the in unit changing table/crib was so helpful during our stay. Check in/Check out was very smooth as well. I would highly recommend this property as it is truly a one stop shop for large groups travelling, we couldn't have picked a better property.

Our group really enjoyed our stay. So many fun activities to keep families entertained. Something for everyone. Only 15 minutes from good beaches and a well stocked kitchen. Included beach chairs and wagons which was great. Mosquitos were the biggest downside which isn't the houses fault but bring bug spray!

This house was perfect for our family trip. We had 3 different families with people ranging from 2 years to 90 years old and everyone loved it! Communication was excellent. Easy drive to AMI. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks!
