Our condo was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean & had everything we needed for our stay! We took advantage also of the very nice indoor pool & hot tub on the rainy day we had, it was a very nice facility! We loved how close it was to shopping & a lot of restaurants!

Nice, quiet place in great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious and very comfortable furniture. I only had two issues. One was the request for us to send photos of our credit card and photos of my signature. (They did allow me to go to the office to check in after communicating that we would not be sending photos). Also the living room floor had something sticky spilled on it. Since these were easily corrected we would probably stay here again.

Thank you for the review. We make it a point to request IDs and cards from guests to ensure it isn't a scam. Regarding the complaint about the sticky floor, I will check with the cleaners to see if it has been addressed.

This unit is managed by Big Fish rentals who I will avoid going forward at all costs. I paid for an early check-in but did not receive the door code timely; therefore, I entered the unit about 30 minutes after original check in time. So, I paid for a service not received. The person texting info from the company simply said "I'm sorry" with no offer of compensation. On final day of trip I requested and received a late checkout due to the late check-in, but was on the road before original checkout time. The unit was not stocked with an adequate supply of towels and washclothes, 4 each for 2 adults for 4 days. That required doing laundry while there and the unit's advertised washing machine was out of service. Big Fish may not have been aware which is definitely a lack of communication with owner as the washer advertisement should not be included in the listing. Although located in a nice gated resort, this unit is a solid half mile from beach so being your walking shoes. The unit is nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen--utensils, kitchenware, etc., so the unit was enjoyable minus the above concerns.
