In town for the Ironman Ca Triathlon and the house was perfect for our family of 6. Communication with the owners was great, quick to reply. The house was modern, cute and had everything we needed and more, Kitchen was well equipped, had garage parking and the beds were very comfy. Close to downtown Sac.

The house is very spacious and furnished nicely with plenty of room. The high chair was also a nice touch if you are travelling with a baby. The showers were warm and comfortable with plenty of fresh towels available. The kitchen is mostly well stocked. The only downside is that the house is on a somewhat busy street so there is substantial car traffic noice throughout the day, and night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper,

Everything about this rental experience was amazing! The hosts Anne and Steven are very hospitable, very organized and responsive. The entire process from prior to arrival, check-in, as well as expectations/information during the stay, was effectively communicated. The home is beautiful (with many upgrades), comfortable and has everything you need for a family stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, beds are very comfortable and the home is spacious. There is an outside sitting area, which my mother enjoyed every morning while drinking her coffee. My boys enjoyed the game room area as well. I also appreciated the available garage parking. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, while also being close to so much! Several food options, grocery stores, and Sacramento State University, to name a few. I also attended a performance at The Guild Theater, also very close (10 min drive). When returning I will definitely stay here in the future, a hidden gem!

We traveled with our two children. The home was well equipped for families and large groups. The kids loved the game room home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Would return if I was in the area.

We had to make a last-minute trip to Sacramento over Labor Day weekend, and our hosts truly went above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice. We were incredibly grateful for how easy and welcoming they made everything during an already hectic weekend.The home was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. The bedrooms were cozy, there were TVs in every room, and the primary bathroom has a HUGE jacuzzi-style tub that my child basically turned into his own little swimming pool . The kitchen was also well stocked with all the essentials we needed.The neighborhood was clean, well-kept, quiet, and felt very safe. We were about 15 minutes or less from Trader Joe’s, Target, and other shopping, and we had no issues at all with DoorDash deliveries.Parking was another huge plus. We had access to the garage, and the driveway was long enough to comfortably accommodate additional vehicles without needing to park on the street.Overall, this was an excellent stay, especially considering how last minute our trip was. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Sacramento!

The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was impeccably clean upon arrival. They provided some nice finishing touches, going above and beyond, including conditioning the home right before our arrival during very hot days. We loved the walkable distance to the American River trails for exercise. The beds were quite comfortable as well. We definitely recommend this property for others.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and made the entire experience easy from booking through checkout. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and well-maintained accommodations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
