Cozy vacation apartment with sunny balcony

Our vacation rental, situated in a quiet location within the “Moby Dick” residential complex, is near the old lighthouse, directly across from the horse pastures.

The town center and the main beach are about a 15-minute walk away. Everything is within easy reach by bike.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (not wheelchair accessible) and comfortably accommodates 2–4 people.

A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer and dishwasher provides everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), and the living room has a double bed (180x200).

You can wind down the day in comfort on the cozy couch with satellite TV or on the south/west-facing balcony and enjoy the sunset over Borkum.
If you’d like to arrive by car, you can park for free right at the apartment complex. Bicycle parking spaces are located right in front of the building. Charging electric vehicles or e-scooters is not possible within the residential complex!

Restaurants such as Alt Borkum or the Upholm Hof are not far away and are easily accessible on foot. During peak season, a small bakery opens for a cozy breakfast and is located just 50 meters away. There are also several bike rental stations nearby, as well as a bus stop for the island bus.

A free Wi-Fi hotspot is also available for your use.

A selection of DVDs, games, and books is available and you’re welcome to use them.

In the basement, there is a room with a ping-pong table; paddles and balls are located in the vacation rental and are available for use.

A laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer is available in the adjacent building as needed.

The fee of 110 euros includes final cleaning as well as the provision of bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels.

The guest tax (4.80 per person per night / 1.50 euros for children ages 12–17) is included in our rental price and is paid directly to the city by us. You will receive the guest cards electronically before your arrival.

WohnCheck-in is from 4:00 p.m. (or slightly earlier, depending on when cleaning is completed); check-out should be by 10:00 a.m.
