Welcome to Araby Twin Palms, a spacious and family-friendly vacation rental located in the beautiful Araby Cove neighborhood of Palm Springs. This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom estate boasts over 3000 sq. ft of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests (12 adults and 2 children aged 12 or under).

● Bedrooms: With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

● Bathrooms: There are 3 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone can freshen up comfortably.

● Kitchen: The large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, with plenty of cooking and prep space. The stainless Whirlpool French door refrigerator, Kitchen Aid Stainless Dishwasher, and All Clad pots and pans make cooking a breeze.

● Living Room: Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with a television and internet access.

● Deck/Patio: Enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs weather on the expansive 2000 sq. ft outdoor living space, with a beach entry pool and spa for everyone to enjoy. There are two poolside tables that can seat up to 8 people each, as well as a new full second outdoor kitchen, perfect for grilling up a meal or having a poolside party.

This rental is perfect for families, golf groups, or corporate retreats. The Araby Twin Palms is situated in a serene and retreat-like setting, with hiking and biking trails right outside the front door. The Palm Canyon and Earl Henderson Hiking Trails are steps away, as well as the Palm Canyon Wash for mountain biking. The Indian Canyons Golf Resort and the famous Indian Canyons are also just a stone's throw away, making it the perfect location for those looking for outdoor adventure.

We are a Five Star property and pride ourselves on a very clean home as stated in Reviews. I personally checked you in early as promised and you and your 7 guests were shown our beautiful home with No Complaint. Then made all these false claims and left and Lied to VRBO for a refund on our 60 Day Cancellation Policy. Never have we experienced this ABUSE and have asked VRBO to remove your HATEFUL words. Bachelor Party in the Desert

Perfect spot for a bachelor/bachelorette party if you want to visit the amazing sites around. City itself is very welcoming & this cozy nook is actually quite spacious for big groups. Would stay here again!

A great spot for a group!

We stayed here with a group of 8 girls, and had a great time! There was everything we could need in the kitchen. The pool was really nice, and we enjoyed lounging about throughout the day!

Great place for family vacation

Lots of room and well equipped. Great pool for kids! The owner lives locally and is quick to communicate and accommodate questions and concerns. We'd rent from them anytime!

Wonderful quiet getaway

Perfect house for our yearly get together. Lots of room to spread out both inside and out. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Close to downtown Palm Springs and hiking trails. Julie was great to work with.

Stayed with a group of 11 for an unseasonably rainy bachelorette party. Big space, nice pool, hiking from property, easy access to downtown.

Place was absolutely amazing! Loved having the outdoor kitchen to cook in on hot days, and Julie was very accommodating to my whole family. Left for a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend!

Great location, easy check-in, check-out

The property is great for a larger group with multiple beds and rooms throughout. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was very clean, well-stocked with anything you would need, and the location was excellent. Close to amenities like grocery stores and dining, yet away from traffic and busy roads. The host communicated well with our group and the check-out process was very easy. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again for future visits.

Cactus to Clouds stay

My group needed a home base for a cactus to clouds hiking base camp. This location was within 5 miles of the trailhead and had a functioning spa for post hike recovery. The home was well appointed and plenty of beds to cover the crew.

Perfect for a large group or family

This property has everything you need for lots of people. The pool and hot tub is great and there is space to play and eat at a large table outside including a kitchen. We were 9 people including children age 3 to 10. It was wonderful.

Great location, house and host!

The house is older but pretty well maintained. We have stayed as a golf group in a lot of homes over the years, but Julie's was the most trouble free by far and the best equipped. It was also the first time that we could just push a button and make the hot tub work!!!
