Vacation Apartment 15-5 in the Papillon Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>You’ll be staying in a 4-room apartment with a south-facing balcony and 70 m² of living space. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and accommodates up to 6 people. Spread over two floors, it features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance from the Papillon complex to the beach is approximately 250 m.<br><br>Your sunny balcony is furnished and accessible from the living room. The living area invites you to relax with its comfortable seating area. Enjoy your culinary experiences at the spacious dining table. Entertainment options include a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with Bluetooth, and a Blu-ray DVD player. You’ll find a second flat-screen TV (with built-in DVD player) in the upstairs bedroom.<br><br>The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In the cozy bedroom in the basement, you’ll find two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and a closet. An additional closet in the hallway provides storage space for your belongings. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the apartment.<br><br>You can access two additional bedrooms—each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet—via the staircase in the living area. Curtains in the bedroom in the basement and in the right-hand bedroom on the upper floor ensure a restful night’s sleep. A roller shade is installed in the left-hand bedroom on the upper floor. Fly screens are installed on all skylights and the balcony door.<br><br>A tiled shower room with a window, a double sink, and a separate toilet is also included. A crib and a high chair are available for our young guests. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 15. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
