Good, quick stay. There is 40 non refundable parking fee that is required at check in. The front office was helpful depending on who was there. There is a wrist band you are required to wear at all times. The view is actually of the Walmart. The noise from the street and the Walmart is a lot, but we weren't there to stay in the unit long. It is quick, easy access to the beach. There is plenty of shaded parking, and a quick drive to places like pleasure pier.

The place was a solid OK. The elevator did not have working lights or air-condition inside, so after our initial elevator trip, we lugged all our things up and down the stairs. The condo was okay. It's much smaller than it looks in the pictures. There were pots, but not 1 baking pan, so I was not able to cook the family breakfast we had planned on. There is a weird leaky pipe above the shower, and there are broken floor tiles throughout. The balcony is cute, but it faces a Walmart, so not exactly the lovely view we were expecting. The property needs upkeep. The pools are quite dirty with scum all along the sides. One of the hot tubs is broken. We found a pair of pliers where the knob to turn on the hot tub should have been, but we were unable to figure out how to make the thing work. There were police everywhere our first night. They hauled someone out of one of the condos. After that, I was scared to let my teenagers roam about. Altogether, this place was just okay. We love Galveston, but would probably not stay here again.

The stay here was perfect and very comfortable! The location was great, right next to everything and right across the beach! It’s perfect for a weekend getaway!
