Quiet yet centrally located: a moment of relaxation in the apartment.

Located in the heart of St. Peter Bad, this light-filled and modernly furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor of the
. Enjoy the central location and close proximity to various shopping options, restaurants, the “Dünentherme,” and the movie theater. In just a few minutes, you can reach the pier leading to the beach with its characteristic stilt houses.

The living space of approximately 74 m² spans two levels and is laid out as follows:

Upper floor: Entryway, living room with integrated kitchen and Smart TV, dining area and access to the balcony, one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower / toilet
The beautiful southwest-facing balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, is perfect for relaxing outdoors when the weather is nice.

Top floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a separate restroom
A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub in the top-floor bedroom.

A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor (coin-operated machines: 1 € coins required).
There is also an elevator in the building.

One covered parking space is available for your use. (Note: max. height 1.90 m!)
You are welcome to bring your dog.

Die Sonnenkoje ist eine sehr schöne Fewo - allerdings ist die Raumaufteilung etwas unpraktisch. Das Wohn-Esszimmer mit Küche ist ziemlich klein, dafür das zweite Schlafzimmer im OG relativ groß und geräumig ( Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Küchenutensilien dürfte bei diesem Preis besser sein. Die Lage der Fewo ist super. Wir sind jetzt das dritte Mal hintereinander in SPO gewesen, davon zweimal bei Koch &Co.
