The "Traumwohnung 2" apartment is located on the upper floor of a modern house with a total of two apartments, situated on a quiet, secluded dune lot measuring approximately 3,100 m². You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the natural surroundings, yet the spa center with the “Dünentherme” is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The living area of approximately 153 m² is distributed over two levels as follows:

Upper floor: private entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the three balconies; one bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), walk-in closet, a balcony wrapping around two sides, and an adjoining shower room/toilet with a walk-in shower and bidet

Attic: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private balcony, one bedroom with a single bed (120 x 200 cm), a shower room / toilet

The “Leicht” kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances; the sun deck features garden furniture and a beach chair.
All beds are equipped with the high-quality SWISSFLEX sleep system; some of the bedrooms can be darkened using electric blinds.

The property can also be rented as a single vacation home, but is designed so that two groups can spend their vacations here independently of one another.
