The sunny semi-detached house “Haus Boomerang” is situated in a quiet location in the beautiful Dorf neighborhood. This excellently equipped vacation home features high-quality, stylish furnishings, and its thoughtful details lend it a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Various shopping options, as well as the weekly market on Wednesdays, are in the immediate vicinity; the dike leading to the South Beach is also only about a 5-minute walk away and is perfect for long walks.

The living area of approximately 115 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; a shower room with toilet and towel warmer; and an utility room
The west-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a beach chair.

Upper floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (each 180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a tub, toilet, separate shower, and heated towel rack, and a small study
The first floor is tiled; the first floor and attic have hardwood floors. The first floor and first floor feature radiant floor heating, and the attic has a freestanding radiator.

The garden shed can be used as a bicycle shelter.
