Family Apartment 1 is in a beautiful wooden house in Meersburg, a picturesque town on Lake Constance with Germany’s oldest inhabited castle, narrow lanes and medieval charm. The historic old town and lakeside promenade are about a 12-minute walk away.



This stylish two-room apartment (approx. 56 m²) on the second floor features high-quality materials and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light—ideal for families of up to 4. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh-air ventilation system in every room ensure a comfortable stay. A cot and high chair are available on request.



The bedroom has a king-size bed for 2, while the living room has 2 sofa beds, each sleeping 1 person (suitable for children).



In the old town, you’ll find restaurants, cafés and bars with lake views, small shops and the castle. A supermarket is a 13-minute walk away (1.1 km), while the lakeside lido and thermal baths are a 20-minute walk away (1.7 km). Meersburg is an ideal base for exploring western Lake Constance: take a boat to the flower island of Mainau or a ferry to the university town of Konstanz in just a few minutes. A bus stop is directly outside the house.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. For bookings of a week or longer, you’ll receive a bottle of wine.
