The entire front of the 134-square-meter apartment features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that slide to the side, allowing direct access to the terrace, where you’ll find cozy seating areas.
Sustainability is a top priority for us: The vacation apartment’s energy comes from a 22 kWp photovoltaic system that powers the entire house. Hot water is provided by a heat pump. Underfloor heating, triple-pane windows, and walls insulated to the latest standards ensure comfortable indoor temperatures year-round. All windows are equipped with electric roller shades.
The spacious living area with an open kitchen is flooded with natural light. The living area opens directly onto the terrace. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and consists of a breakfast terrace as well as a lovely sun terrace directly in front of the master bedroom.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 new comfort mattresses (90 x 200 cm). Upon request, a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm) is also available in the living room, 1 bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, double sinks, and a toilet; 1 guest restroom; a walk-in closet; and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
