All bookings are quoted as a base rental rate + tax and include a $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
30% of the gross booking cost is due at the time of booking
The remaining 70% is due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment is required for stays booked within 60 days of arrival)
Funds paid are non-refundable. If required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days prior to arrival
Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance
For bookings made through some OTAs, including Airbnb & Marriott Homes & Villas, the full booking value is required at the time of booking, regardless of the arrival date

• Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes - a discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more, no code required. For stays of 26 nights or more, electricity is billed locally based on usage at checkout. For shorter stays, electricity is included in the rate.
• Is there construction activity at Paradise Cove? Construction at Paradise Cove is currently paused, so there is no active construction at this time. Future development plans include a fitness center, beach club, and golf area. The beach, pool, pickleball courts, and all current amenities remain fully accessible and unaffected.
• Is there much walking involved to get around? Paradise Cove is a beautifully landscaped hillside community, which means some walking is part of the experience. For those who prefer an easier journey, a complimentary on-demand shuttle runs throughout the complex. Just give them a call and they will be happy to take you wherever you need to go.
• How does beach access work? Tejón Beach is a 5-10 minute walk within the development, calm, naturally sheltered, and ideal for swimming. A few palapa restaurants line the beach, perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink without leaving the shore.
