very nice, perfect for family getaway, very close to everything like stores, lake. We loved it.

We loved the place, hoping for more chance to extend or late check out availability, but everything is perfect.

I like the amount of rooms, beds, the back yard, the pool table and just how big the living room and BBQ area are. It is a great place to bring the whole family.

Cozy house that's great for gathering

The house was well furnished with a great layout for gathering with friends and family. It was clean upon arrival and was very comfortable during our trip.

The BBQ needs some work. All the burners and gas lines are rusted out. No basic supply's in the kitchen-like salt, aluminum foil, saran wrap or zip locks

Tahoe - Labor Day Weekend

The house is in a great location, we loved it! The only thing we suggest is to have more towels, dish soap, and trash bags in the home for guests.

Great place to stay!

We love this cabin. We have stayed here twice. It is a perfect size and close to many of the must-see spots in South Tahoe. The grill may need to be replaced soon as it took a little too long to cook our meats. The cabin did change management but we were much happier this time as the cabin was much cleaner than our last stay. We recommend staying here

Beautiful house and clean

We love the way the house was very spacious and the decor of the house. Also, that the kitchen had all the appliances and plenty of room. I liked how it had many pots and pans. The location of the house was perfect, and we were obsessed with the pool table,beds,bathrooms.

Comfortable home, great location

Our family enjoyed our recent stay very much. We cooked all meals in the well equipped kitchen, and the spacious living/dining area was perfect for all 8 of us to hang out together playing games and watching movies. A few things I’ll mention that could be improved - a few light bulbs needed changing, tub stoppers would be very helpful for bathing small children, and we would have loved more kitchen and bath towels, but overall, a very comfortable home. Also close to Heavenly, markets and restaurants. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great getaway

The house was super clean, well stocked, and in a great location for easy access to the lake and fun. Beds were very comfortable, ample seating in living areas and pool table was well taken care of. Houses in the neighborhood are a little close, during the day you could hear neighbors tv and baby but nights were very quiet. Only suggestion: I love the local/house info binders at vrbo’s and this one could use some updating. Restaurant suggestions from places that closed 5 years ago, hand written cross outs throughout makes it confusing as to what’s current.we added a few local maps and current visitors guide to it.

Clean, Spacious & Comfortable

Love this home! Only about 10 minutes from the Main Highway. Home was clean, big and spacious for all guests and very comfortable. All rooms were furnished with nice size beds. Only the Master bedroom had a TV but it was ok since there was 2 others in the home. Kitchen was open and also stocked with all you would need. Came with BBQ grill that was great for cooking and nice size deck outside with table. Washer & Dryer included too. Limited towels were provided so plan to wash and bring your own soap. Highly recommend bringing toilet paper, trash bags & napkins. Overall I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing location and decent house

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and location of the property. We liked taking walks to the accessible trails that are all around the house. The house is spacious and well equipped. We were able to spread out and everyone had their own space to sleep and feel comfortable. We also really enjoyed the back deck and having coffee out there in the morning. The primary flaw of the house is that it needs some maintenance and updating. For example, not all the lights work properly, the barbecue was filthy, and we couldn’t find a brush to clean it. The toilet tank didn’t fill properly but we improvised. All in all it’s a solid house that could be ideal with a bit more TLC. Regardless we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this house. Thanks for sharing with us. The garage is roomy with 2 cars parked inside. Location and house layout is great. It has the basic dish ware and utensils in the kitchen. We found some pots and cutting boards dirty when we got there. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels. Patio door were not able to lock. The bear trap garbage bin wears already full when we got there. We have to leave our garage bag at the kitchen when we left. We were not able to turn on the directv during our stay. The backyard is great. Spacious and fenced. Kids were able to do snow play at backyard instead of going out. In general it’s a great stay and I’d definitely recommend the house to friends and families.

Suitable Home!

This home was perfect for our needs for the weekend, though the listing is slightly misleading, as this home is not new. Despite this, the kitchen is well-appointed, the deck is lovely, and the house felt clean, overall. The electrical outlets downstairs were not functioning properly - perhaps there was a fuse out. When renting through VRBO, I am accustomed to communicating with the homeowner. However, this was my first experience going through the property management company, Vacasa, and I was disappointed by the lack of help from a human being…before, during, and after our stay. Hopefully, this will not deter future families and friends from gathering at this home.
