Thank you, Rochelle, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found the house beautiful and enjoyed the great location near the pool and walking trail.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the supplies. It’s important to us that our guests feel fully comfortable and have everything they need during their stay. We’re sorry to hear that we fell short in stocking essentials like paper towels and toilet paper. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re taking your comments to heart to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.
We hope you’ll consider returning to Black Butte Ranch. There’s so much more to explore, and we’d love the chance to provide you with an even better experience next time.
