Property was perfectly located, dock was super fun, house was great, value was incredible.

Needs a good cleaning. Everything was filthy. The windows, the floors, counter tops, fridge, there is only one old frying pan and a small egg pan. The oven- needs to be cleaned! The floor mats, and the hot tub is nasty, it needs water, chlorine , had a ton of moths and flys floating along with debris. For the amount of money, this shouldn't be a request but mandatory.

Hello I’m not sure if you are aware but when we arrived we noticed there were food on floor in kitchen and living room and we also noticed main bathroom weren’t properly cleaned it Just looked rushed hot tub was dirty it has a awful smell to it I contacted no one came out didn’t get to use the hot tub there also no propane so couldn’t cook anything on the bbq it was also super dirty . kitchen counter was super sticky with food on it dish washer and dryer were running when we got here bathroom and kitchen garbage was left in entry way.There was kayaks and bounce and splash and never mentioned if it was allowed for us to use it. The fridge was leaking was not keeping nothing cold it was warm the back door screen was also broken. I’m not the type to complain but I want to bring this to your attention so you are aware of what’s going on there was only one young lady cleaning not sure if this was a short staff issue but all I can say is I hope the next person don’t experience what I did I hope the next time I come it’s better other then that I had fun great Location. Thank You
