The Space:

Dive into the pool, gaze at the lagoon from the patio, or enjoy incredible access to world-class golfing at this impeccable Hilton Head vacation home. With so many superb amenities at your disposal, this dog-friendly condo offers the perfect combination of relaxation and action.



The condo is located right on the 11th fairway of the George Fazio Golf Course, providing you with gorgeous views of the green - not to mention unbeatable access to the game itself! On-site tennis is available if you want to get some exercise, and Hilton Head’s world-famous beach is just a short stroll or bike ride away. When you get hungry, grab a bite to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants.



Back at the condo, pour yourself a glass of wine and relax in the warm evening air out on the patio. Inside, you’ll find a roomy living area with comfortable furnishings, free WiFi, and cable TV for hours of entertainment. A fully equipped kitchen is provided when you need a snack, and tall windows and skylights provide lovely views of the grounds and lagoon in every season. For a small nightly fee, you can even bring your dogs along as well!

During the months of September - May, the complex may be performing varied maintenance work. Effects of this can include but are not limited to, extra noise, reduced parking, and construction zones. The location was perfect for us. I liked that it was a one floor layout. Big living room space with a nice outdoor area. We brought our dog and she settled in well and loved the walk to the beach. Close to golf and restaurants. Woukd stay here again. The downside, no salt and pepper. No cooking oil.

The home was great for a family thanksgiving getaway. It was comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, plus 1 dog. It was clean. We could open the front and back doors and have a nice breeze through the living room. The only thing that would have made it better would be improved shower heads. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Very safe area with friendly neighbors. It was a quick get away to meet my son for his birthday. Location is great. We walked a bit trying to find the beach.nice relaxing time.

We originally planned to bring our dog, but decided not to. The condo is on a beautiful lot, end unit. I really dont think you could beat it for spacious and location. You do have to drive to the beach. Nice area to park and shower off. All in all 5 star.

Great pet friendly stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this unit. It was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four and our dog. The location is excellent, right across from the pool and tennis courts and a very short drive (or walk) to the beach access. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would definitely seek this property out for our next visit!

Home away from home

Our family enjoyed this lovely home in the quiet Inverness Village. The location is perfect, sitting next to the pool and tennis courts, and overlooking the beautiful lagoon and golf course. It is just a short bike ride to the beach where we enjoyed daily walks in the morning and the kids enjoyed building sandcastles and playing in the afternoon. The Villa feels like a home away from home. I would highly recommend!

Another great stay here. Found a broken tile in the bathroom, which we reported, but was not a big deal. This property is close to shopping and grocery needs. We enjoyed our stay enough that we already booked next year.

Condo was clean, centrally located and in a quiet part of the community. Challenges would be the property could use a refresher in terms of shower faucets. Handle was confusing for those of us who were not familiar with how to use it.

Interior of condo, while having a good layout, has not been updated in years. Fixtures, finishes and furnishings are low end, worn, and definitely not in the class of other properties we’ve leased in Palmetto Dunes. I appreciate being able to bring our mini goldendoodle, but didn’t realize the sacrifice in quality we would be making with this property. There are definitely much better properties that provide a better value.

The resort we stayed in (Palmetto Dunes) was great! Everyone was so nice, and the scenery was amazing. We will stay in the resort again, just not this condo. It wasn’t very clean, beds very uncomfortable, felt like there were hospital sheets on the bed. The pillows were flat, carpet was pretty dirty, but there was a lot of dust built up on everything. Tvs, wall plugs, fans. You have to pick the key up a few miles away, but instead of being able to leave the key in the condo, we had to drive it back to the offices, which is very inconvenient as they require you to check out at 10 (the maid was already there when we left). The listing shows check out is at 11, but we were informed when we picked up the key it was in fact 10. We wanted to spend more time on the island. There was a pool within walking distance, but no one at Vacasa could give us the correct code for the gate, it also did not have a hot tub as was advertised. Very disappointed. 2 stars because the resort was very nice and they give you a discount card to use at some places around the area.

Fabulous location in Palmetto Dunes

Great property, end unit with amazing views of canal and golf course, tennis courts steps away, close to golf and beach, easy parking. We really enjoyed staying there. Bike trails everywhere and easy place to walk around.

We loved it. Very attractive and comfortable. Beautiful view. Only a few glitches in that Vacasa didn’t know the correct code for the tennis court and housekeeping didn’t realize that the coffee pot and it’s filter basket should be stored I the same cupboard but, really, no complaints at all. We would definitely rent this again.

Next to pool

It is a big condo and right next to the pool and tennis courts. There is a pool and court for each part of this little community. We seen so much wild life on the deck. It is very quiet area felt safe.
