We had an amazing stay over Labor Day weekend! The house was excellent, clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. Plenty of towels were provided, and the host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We had absolutely no issues and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Overall, we had a good stay. The house was clean inside, the beds were very comfortable, the furniture was nice, and communication with the host was great. Check-in and check-out were also very easy.There were a few maintenance issues that kept this from being a 5-star stay. The hall bathroom door didn't close properly, the coffee maker didn't work, the yard was very overgrown, and there appeared to be gaps around the front and back doors that allowed bugs inside. It might be why we discovered a dying roach near the front door the day we left. With a little maintenance and attention to these items, this would be an even better place to stay.

The property is decent and comfortable but typical of most VRBO type properties. Every communication I sent was responded to quickly and requests were fulfilled as well. No iron or board when we arrived but the owner had a new set sent over early the next morning. I told him that a couple of the plastic glasses were cracked and that there were only a few metal forks on hand. He said he would have those restocked and I assume he did since I told him about those issues after we left. The beds were ok but instead of waterproof mattress covers, the beds had only a plastic cover on them which does not lend itself to cool sleeping because it lacks breathability and of course it’s always hot in San Antonio.The neighborhood was older but quiet which is what we wanted. Overall a decent place for the price.
