Built specifically for dog owners, our custom California King bed features dual 8-foot integrated kennels in the frame. Your pups get a secure "den" without sacrificing floor space.
One-Time Pet Fee: A flat, $50 cleaning fee per stay (not per day) keeps the home pristine.
(Note: 9 private acres are beautiful but unfenced wilderness.)

We are Kevin and Pamela, and this home is a labor of love that we built from the ground up. Kevin is born and raised in Alaska, and we both share a deep passion for the rugged beauty of this state. Our story actually began in Denali National Park, where we both work during the summer seasons.
Our Hosting Story
We didn’t just buy this cabin—we created it. We took a world-traveling shipping container and transformed it into a modern sanctuary on 9 private acres. We personally handled the welding, the framing, and even the hand-finished dark walnut countertops. Kevin’s journey—from overcoming the physical hurdles of Cerebral Palsy to finishing the 26-mile Equinox Marathon—is the same spirit of determination we poured into every weld of this house.

When we aren't working in the Park or fine-tuning the container, we’re usually out exploring with our dogs (including Diamond, Pamela’s service dog). We built this space to be a warm, intentional retreat for fellow adventurers. Whether you’re here for the world-class fishing in Soldotna or a quiet place to recharge among the spruce trees, we’re honored to share our dream with you.
