This modern residential complex is located directly across from the old, idyllic spa park, which delights visitors with its mature trees and duck ponds. The city center—with its many shopping options, restaurants, cafes, and the Sea Life Center—is about a 5-minute walk away. A parking space is located right next to the building and is reserved for you. The bright and stylish apartment spans two levels on the second floor.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.



Haus Kurparkblick Apartment 11:

This lovingly furnished 3-room apartment, measuring 70 m², is located on the second floor in Timmendorfer Strand and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

The apartment includes a parking space. Next to the parking space, our guests have access to a dedicated charging station for electric cars (11 kW charging capacity, Type 2 socket; 35.00 euros fee per week or portion thereof and a 50.00 euro deposit for the charging chip).

The apartment spans two floors.

The lower floor features the living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen, and the balcony. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom and an additional bathroom.

The living room features new, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, a modern, new stereo system (radio and CD player), a DVD player, plenty of books, and board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a coffee maker, a teapot with a warmer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher.

The balcony offers sunshine all day long and a cozy seating area so you can enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation to the fullest.

Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm).
The upper bedroom has a blackout roller shade for the Velux window.
The lower bedroom also has a mosquito screen on the window, as well as blackout pleated shades.

The first bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.
The second bathroom features a large round bathtub for relaxation.

Bicycle storage is available.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
