Charming 3-Bedroom - Quiet Setting, with a Big Yard, and an Office/Craft Space

Welcome to our newly updated home in Rochester!

This adorable home features a great kitchen with brand-new appliances and lots of counter space. The three bedrooms provide two queen beds and one twin bed for plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably.

The living room boasts a 55" TV with several streaming services, a comfy leather sofa, and a large chair. Another TV can be found in the front bedroom.

If you need to get a bit of work done or have a project you're working on, there is a stand-up-sit-down desk in the office/craft space, and Xfinity Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Warm up on chilly evenings with heat in every room and a cozy faux fireplace in the living room. The bathroom even has a heated bidet toilet and features a bathtub with a rainfall shower, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.

The large front and back yards provide a great place to play yard games or sit and enjoy the quiet country life under the shady maple tree, where you can watch squirrels jumping through the oak trees and the neighbor's chickens and ducks strolling by. The back yard also has a new propane BBQ, picnic table, and 3-personal swing. Extra lawn chairs in the garage are also available for use.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering with family or friends for a meal, this wonderful space offers a welcoming retreat. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Our stay in was fantastic. The rental was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was easy, the location was peaceful, and everything we needed was ready for us when we arrived. The host was very responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. We had a great stay overall and would happily return.

Older ranch style update and remodeled. Home was very clean and provided amenities as described. Excellent host! Only recommendation would be adding outdoor grill for summer months.

Thank you for the nice review, and for taking such great care of the house - it was so tidy and clean! We've talked a lot about adding a grill, but prioritized a new washer and dryer and a decent lawn mower, so the grill got put on the back burner for now. Hope you'll stay with us again when you're back up this way!

Hidden Gem !! Traveled for work. Stayed for 3 weeks. Clean and quiet. Perfect for families too. Big huge front yard, nice quiet, woodsy backyard. Friendly neighborhood pets, along with deer, ducks, and chickens. I love to cook, and the kitchen was perfect size. Big counter for organized meal prep. The bed was comfortable, with ample closet and drawer space. One bathroom with a bidet!! Big office space which could double as a game room and leads to the cute backyard. Should’ve taken advantage of the bbq. I’ll be back again. The host is fantastic and communication is very reliable.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here, the house was clean, and stocked fairly well with essentials. Lynda was quick to respond anytime we had a question. The only drawback was the house numbers for delivery drivers was not easily noticeable. So I needed to step outside and flag them down as they drove by. It worked out fine, but that would be the only negative we discovered. If we are ever in need to stay in the area again, this would be our choice

This was a wonderful little house to stay in! The owners have done a great job with the decor, and making the home very comfortable. It had all that we needed for our stay, and even added extra touches such as a coffee setup. The house was very clean, and even included a bidet in the bathroom! The location was great, offering some privacy, but also close to town and all that we needed, The owner Lynda was extremely helpful and attentive, and the entire stay went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cute and homey; exactly as it is pictured. Our host had games we could play, or we could relax and watch tv. The bedrooms were quite roomy with plenty of storage for your things and very comfortable. Our host was very nice and was accessible and helpful when I needed to contact her.We also enjoyed watching the goats next door, the bunny across the way, and the chickens.When I am back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint home which was private and quiet. It was great to stay in a location where we could take care of our food requirements (allergies and diabetes) with a fully equipped kitchen. Everyone had their own bedroom for privacy and not be cooped up in one hotel room. The surroundings were beautiful which brought a good change of scenery for us living in a large metro city. If the opportunity arises in the future to visit Washington, we would definitely stay at this home.
