Welcome to the Inselwind Apartment Building in Groß Zicker. Here you’ll find 22 first-class, individually designed apartments. All apartments feature 1 to 4 separate bedrooms and are furnished in a bright, modern Nordic style. The spacious apartments on the upper and top floors offer a breathtaking view of the Zicker Mountains and the Baltic Sea. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries for everyday life. Two communal barbecue areas are available in the well-maintained courtyard. A parking space is available for your car in the property’s private parking lot.
The idyllic village of Groß Zicker is located in the traditional Mönchgut region of the island of Rügen. Nestled between the Zicker Mountains and the blue Baltic Sea, you can enjoy a dream vacation here amidst unspoiled nature. Extensive hiking and biking trails make this corner of the world equally appealing and popular with locals and vacationers alike. Not only in Groß Zicker but also in Klein Zicker, Gager, and Thiessow, restaurants offer freshly caught Baltic Sea fish. But if you’d like to prepare a flounder, a herring, or a pike from the Baltic Sea yourself, you can buy freshly caught Baltic Sea fish every morning from the local fishermen in these towns. The 6-kilometer-long beach isn’t just perfect for swimming and sunbathing—beach walkers and dog lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here. The long, wide beach is just a few minutes away by bike or car (ample parking is available for a fee). Since spring 2021, the Inselwind apartment complex has been home to De Wienkist Flammkuchen & MEER. Here you’ll find a small selection of German wines, delicious homemade Flammkuchen, Mediterranean dishes to pair with wine, as well as sodas and beer. Hours of operation are daily from 12:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Here you can grab a bite to eat or wind down the day in a cozy atmosphere. During the summer months, De Wienkist offers live music to its guests.

INFO: INDOOR POOL AND SAUNA AREA FREE OF CHARGE
As guests at this vacation rental, you and your traveling companions have free admission (up to 3 hours daily) to the AHOI! water park with a large sauna area in the neighboring town of Sellin for the duration of your stay. There is NO sauna and NO swimming pool in the property itself.
